Everyone if your mouse has a new battery and is in good shape this method will mostly work! Try taking the USB and bending it a little while plugged and try moving your mouse. If the cursor moves then the problem is that the chip inside the USB is to far apart. So what u can do is slightly bend and remove the USB from the laptop/ desktop but make sure its still pluggdd in because the computer and the chip just need to recognize theyre connected. Hope this helps also u can put a little piece of paper in between the chip to elevate it a bit but u will have too remove the back part of the USB to do so.
