I actually didn’t realise they played without Pete for a bit. The few times that Carl looks to connect with faux Pete you can see the magic just isn’t there and it goes down like a knackered lift. It’s sad, but the libertines shows we’ve received with the reunion has been exceptional.

Cool to get to see so much of John, singing a lot as well to cover up for Pete.
