If recalibration and changing batteries doesnt work, do try to use a the dji go app on a different device. some phones/tablets are not compatible according to DJI. My Samsung Galaxy Ultra 20 FE simply doesnt work.
I experienced the same issue with my DJI phantom 3 standard when I tried using it after more than a year of inactivity. This is despite of the fact that both the controller and batteries were fully charged.
Is there any way to test the battery to check that it is faulty? I know if we had a spare good battery then it can be easily checked but without a spare, is there some test. I have same issue. Fully charged batter but not operating
hello my name is Steven from Ireland I have a phantom 2dji for a while now let it stand for a while and it went completely dead when i tried to start it it wouldn't start but before that happened I had a crash with it I couldn't control it it smashed into the ground the battery came out after that I left for a while i have other one battery's won't suit it .
He solved the question of whether there is in fact a question to solve. On a related note he did find that SOMETIMES simply using a different battery enables the engines to start as usual.

I had the same problem, so I recalibrate the controller and walla, it works.
