- The Separate Ways DLC Trophies Were DEMANDING... Resident Evil 4 Remake's highly anticipated DLC, Separate Ways released on the 21st of September. In this video, we will be getting all the Separate Ways DLC Trophies. There are 7 Separate Ways DLC Trophies to obtain in Resident Evil 4 Remake. The 7 Separate Ways DLC trophies involve 3 that are story related and 4 others that are difficulty related. The hardest Separate Ways DLC Trophies to obtain is achieving an S+ Rank on Professional Difficulty in Separate Ways. This was also a trophy in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

I finished the platinum for the main game at last and I’m on my S+ run for this DLC now. Gotta say this DLC is fantastic. It actually completely sold me on the portrayal of Ada in the remake.

I got the Platinum trophy on the main game and then I got all of the trophies and challenge completions with Ada in 5 completions. Getting S+ on Hardcore with Ada was simple enough once you unlock the Chicago Typewriter. The cat ears look better on her than on than on Leon.
Once you get about halfway through the run, sell everything except for the sniper rifle and use the pesos or the Merchants upgrade ticket to max out the Chicago Typewriter for infinite ammo. You can also buy the DLC tickets if you want. Its the best DLC value of the year.

@@TheAmazingSpiderGuy_99 The trophies were nothing. I did that in 2 runs as well. I got all of the challenge completions (CP points for the menu item shop) in 5 runs which isn’t possible in 2 runs. It was a great DLC.
@@JohnSmith-gz5pm yeah i just the tickets you can buy frim the store makes profesonal s+ way easyer i got the other s pluses from there and i did the same got the platinum then all achievments on seperate ways good luck unlocking leons rpd costume that one was hard for me hope you get it

During gigante fight I was actually ran out of bullets I had to knife the shit out of that titan. The 2nd hardest is the knight room since I didn't know you can craft flashbang (yep I thought I didn't buy the non existent recipee)
Way more challenging than Pro S+ Main Game, but I had so much fun
Capcom did a phenomenal job with both the remake and this dlc. I got the 100% done a couple days ago and chose to do a professional run on new game plus first to unlock the Chicago sweeper. Once you have it the S+ rank is pretty straight forward, there are a couple dodgy places mainly those two blind enemies though I used a rocket launcher on those and then used another one for Saddler but the rest of the game is pretty easy with the sweeper.

All the death animations are top notch to be honest! Even the drill ones are horrifying haha

I honestly hate the Crossbow in Separate Ways, it's too slow to deploy when you switch to it, too slow to reload, and it takes up WAY too much room in the inventory.
The crossbow one of my favourite weapons in the game haha
You know you can upgrade it right to make the reloading quicker

Seperate Ways hit just right and overall for me RE4 + DLC were perfect games and I rarely say that. Maybe because I'm not overanalyze and am not overly critical towards certain things and details.
The toughest part for me was the beginning in pretty much every playthrough except the one where I just rushed through the whole thing the Rocket Launchet to clean up a few ingame achievements here and there
Also and you probably know this already, but I'll still leave it here: You can fight El Gigante on top of the buildings which made the fight a lot easier for me. I never even saw the villagers doing their thing.

The cutscenes in the dlc are even better for me because I’ve got a mod for Leon where he’s dressed as ghost from the 2009 MW2 and Ada as Sonya blade form mk9. It’s great
I saw one where Leon was Master Chief haha. Mods make the cutscenes amazing haha
I did both the No heals and pistol/knife only with ease!!!! Super fun dlc and the fact that it’s 3 ish hours to speed run makes it super fun to get the extra challenges done

Love this game, but my S+ professional run made me hate the El Gigante fight as well. He's fun enough new take on the fight on anything below this difficulty (and esp this challenge).
But my god, on S+ professional he's just a slog. Your damage is still low and he takes so many bullets to put down. Even if it was easy it would still suck for how long it takes.
And if you're not on PC with mouse aiming, you can't just quickly shoot the plagas with your sniper or pistol, bc he is constantly shifting.
Combine that with the villagers on the ground which have such bs tracking on this difficulty and the RNG for the houses coming down and it's just not fun.
I had to retry it a bunch of times even mostly through it bc I was out of anything but pistol ammo and I had no vantage points to aim or keep villagers off me.
I’d be down for another dlc chronicling Luis’ adventures retrieving the amber and all that stuff he was up to during the campaign.

I finished the challenge “beat the game in under 2 hours” I managed to beat this first try but with 13 secs left on the clock so yeah it was stressful

I got really lucky on my s+ of the Leon playthrough, I think I ended with like 3:15:00 about. I think I’m gonna cave and buy a ticket for Ada’s tho cuz the doc was way harder than the base game imo

Is getting professional S+ easier on this or the main game? I struggled with U3 on hardcore but ive only done this DLC once
I never gotten s+ bit I think the dlc is easier since it's not as long
I did Professional S+ on the main game with the sweeper but I would think the DLC is still easier
The first boss was tough, mostly because I suck at fighting the shadows, but overall I'd say the DLC is a good bit easier, simply because it is a lot shorter and you don't have hard shit like water hall or the novistador room.
Double Garador was a pain in the ass though.
