Finally, somebody said it….Birkin’s and Kelly’s are not quiet luxury….Hermes clothing (well some of the knits) may be but those bags are as loud as a classic flap at this point! 🤷🏽♀️ And the amount of fake mini Kelly’s I’ve seen in Mayfair on a weekly basis, Hermes didn’t even create that many 😂
*wears plain white t-shirt* "HEY GUYS, HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT QUIET LUXURY?!?" I'm all for people trying new things, but I started hearing about the quiet luxury trend after the Paltrow case and I'm kinda tired of it. As you said, it's important to celebrate originality and diversity and to constantly put yourself into boxes each years essentially erases that. I've personally always worn more discrete clothes as I just don't gravitate towards super loud things, but I do enjoy adding fun accessories or embroidery patterns on shirts. I tend to stick to what I know and like, but that doesn't mean that I won't ever wear something super flashy. My wardrobe is constantly evolving and I want to embrace self-exploration with what I'm wearing. I'll never put someone down for what they wear, but never lose yourself in trends.
Quiet luxury sounds boring. I’m fine with my style and won’t be taking my style cues from Tik Tokers. Besides, when you start listing the so-called quiet luxury design houses to the masses, they’re no longer “quiet”.
i dont think it is a trend . i wear those collors for years and i feels good and makes me happy . everyone has his style , logo or not wear what you want and makes you feel good and happy
The program was great and good points raised...But the "Chinese spyware" comment made my laugh so much! Well said. Quiet luxury is a mindset not an aesthetic!

I could listen to you all day. I’ve said previously you are so very eloquent and well spoken 😊

Point 5 is the best point.
