I guess its okay to like both, I like both my version and Renegades, the only thing that can make this remake even more epic is adding reverb effects like in most SNES themes.

I have plans for remaking the top best songs from the classic video games but for now I'm concentrating on finishing all the original Megaman Soundtracks, I'll keep Vampire Killer in mind because it is my favorite song from Castlevania.
8 gets unfairly shafted in my opinion. Maybe it's just nostalgia, since I owned it as a kid and it was my first Mega Man, but I think 8 was actually a good game. It just had terrible voice acting (which let's be fair, a *LOT* of video games at the time had bad voice acting, it wasn't really until "Metal Gear Solid" they started taking story seriously), some poor stage elements, and that last boss is only hard because E-tanks aren't a thing. If the developers hadn't been put off by the backlash it got for not being on a Nintendo console, they could've improved on their mistakes and continued the series into the next generation like they did with the X series.
Ugh I hate this, only because it is so good that it's addicting and I can't listening to it. SO HARD TO TURN AWAY Fuck it, I am just going to jam to it.
