The new trees
Views through barrel section towards the sun … spectacular and end shot … stating to see image of a space ship emerging from the Mersey great vision and design coming from Dan meis. Plaza looks a lot bigger on your views …. No cramming in leaving the match like on Goodison road. Some tremendous shots there Colin. Now for this afternoon… not looking forward to it at all . A 1-0 with ball coming off Beto’s arse will do!!! UTFT’s

The rolls of insulation are laid out across the west stand roof and usually this is done to support the final section of roof as it is rolled out from the container. Hopefully with nicer weather this will happen this week 🙏

The pitch will indeed be dug out to the sand layer Colin, then an impermeable membrane will be added to stop the sand working it's way into the new topsoil. Drainage and irrigation will be added, topsoil will be added, grass seed will be spread out, a couple of months later, the artifical grass (5%) will be sewn in by a specialised machine.
It’s going to be great to see, I have seen pitches relaid plenty of times but never one put in from the start .
@cp-overview - apparently it will have some settling issues, especially over the first 10-20 years and may need to be relaid in some off seasons.
@@DarrenCowzer-cx7ot makes sense, new Wembley was an awful pitch in its early years, now you hear no mention of it.
@cp-overview - it's actually laid on sand though, and there are Hundreds of 15m deep metal structures, that stop the sand shifting, they're not anchored in bedrock, but from an engineering perspective, it should work well.
Thanks Colin have missed your videos recently.Will thre be any Toilets? Not sure if there are any at Goodison.The two small doors in the Tower original were toilets but not sure if will be now
Just life and the weather getting in the way, hopefully they will be back being more regular from now on. I don’t think there are any toilets shown on the plans.

My drone has a different operating system than most have and gets better signal but also late evening and good weather improves that immensely as there is nothing else around to interfere with it.
No brackets in the NE corner or on the south stand lower - safe standing maybe??? As we know that the NE is away fans and that South is the home stand
It’ll certainly be rail seating being installed in the lower south stand, to accommodate safe standing as and when that’s permitted. Not sure about the NE.
Is this our last season at Goodison or is next season (24-25) our last?
Next season, this isn’t due to be finished until the end of the year so Everton have decided to see out the whole season at Goodison rather than change mid-season
