It was something someone asked if I could do and just thought an early weekend morning would be the perfect time to try it without sitting in too much traffic.
Thanks for that, Colin. Yes, an 8-minute drive on a sunny spring evening with little traffic. It will be much quicker walking the 2.2 miles (45 minutes?) from Goodison to the new stadium than attempting to drive there when a match is on as the roads will be gridlocked and there won't be anywhere to park when you get there anyway. The same can be said for any fan travelling from the city centre or any other point on the compass.
There'll be shuttle buses from the city centre and Bootle and probably from Sandhills station, too.
