Looking forward to seeing the big man at Armoy. Things happen for a reason, and maybe this is his chance on a bike that can match his undoubted talent.
Absolutely love all the information in these videos. My family are involved in the North West 200, and I love hearing about all the little things that make these races happen. Keep up the good work 😀
Is there a list of all the Travelling Marshalls over the years? Quite interested in looking at this and using the TT database to see their result and what kind of riders are selected. Just a personal desire to be nerdy about the TT 😂
been waiting for Connor to win one for 15 years, on the BMW at the TT he will be in the 134 club and possibly 135 club if the weather is good. This year on last years Honda it looked like Padgetts were making up the numbers, i think Hutchy got what he wanted out of it, he said from the start its just preparation for 2025. Ive been speculating about a second TAS BMW (as FHO already have 2) with Connor on it ever since he pulled out this year, I thought he'd have seen that race and thought, I need a BMW, where can i get one. And this seems to suggest i was right. Even this year Honda ran 3 riders from one team. FHO sounds good to me, Behind Honda theyre probably the 2nd biggest team in the paddock nowadays, not the small smiths bmw it once was.
I think they're only available on those platforms. I don't think you have to be signed up though. This is the direct link to the video on Jim's Facebook page. You may be able to watch them on there anyway by clicking the link - facebook.com/JimHunterIsleofMan/videos/1176876650130456
It would appear, due to Clive Padgett's comments, that Conor will ride for someone else going forward. I believe that FHO are prepared to have Conor for all and any road races going forward. Josh and Hicky will remain at FHO, for road and circuit, as long as they wish to.
@@snappo20 I hope that Conor finds success with whatever he decides going forward. Unfortunately Padgett's bikes are top 10 atm, not potential winners.
@@michaelbarnett1961fair play, that’s exactly the kind of honesty you’d expect from Clive. From your initial comment I was worried he’d said something bad, which would have been very out of character!
An interesting race would be if a manufacturer like Honda supplied stock bikes to a full field of qualified riders. You can change only tyres and suspension, take budget out of the equation and literally the most skilled rider wins.
Hi cliff I've been going for years I've used homestay website before but always found Facebook to find a house just be sure the house is in the right area and good luck
@@tttravellingmarshals7207 I’m so excited to see what Connor can do on the BMW, he is as good a rider and as exciting to watch as any of what is now ‘the big 4’ I hadn’t even thought that there could be a second ride with TAS 💁♂️ again, so obvious I hadn’t even thought of it 😊
Great news about Connor, great content as ever.
Going to Armoy in a few hours taking in the views and walking around the track. Tres bien Merci 💯

Answered the question i was going to ask but in much more detail. This has been and still is a great channel. Keep up the good work.
Great blog again, always interesting and is there a time/place we can meet the TMs when we come to the MGP this year?
Cheers Andy.
Apparently Hickey will be running his own team next year. FHO going world superbikes

What did Clive say? I’ve only ever heard him say positive things about every rider he’s ever put on a bike!

Padgetts just not putting fast enough bikes out in recent years.
Honda have McGuiness and the 2 Harrison’s
That was so obviously, I didn't even think of it

Honda only run a stocker for Harrison so yeah 3 bikes but only 2 competitive
Have any travelling marshalls ever had to attend the crash of another travelling marshall ?
It must have got bad at padgetts for conor to leave. So glad he has teamed up with fho, cos he deserves that TT win.
