    Dacquoise icin;⠀

    -4 yumurta beyazi⠀
    -30 gr (2 yk) toz seker⠀
    -50 gr (1/3 sb) pudra sekeri⠀
    -75 gr (3/4 sb) badem unu⠀
    -25 gr (3 silme yk) un⠀

    * 180c onceden isitilmis fanli firinda 10dk pisiyor.⠀

    Mousse icin;⠀

    -4 yumurta sarisi⠀
    -250 gr (2 sb) sut⠀
    -360 gr (1+1/2 sb) krema⠀
    -50 gr (1/4 sb) toz seker⠀
    -130 gr (3/4 sb) bitter cikolata⠀
    -130 gr (3/4 sb) beyaz cikolata ⠀
    -2 adet yaprak jelatin (sart degil)⠀
    • Kaliba yerlestirdigim bandin adi: Şeffaf membran bant.
    • Jelatin kullananlar buzdolabinda 2 saat bekletse yeterli. Kullanmayanlar eger boyle kalipla yapiyorsa 1 gece, bardak yada borcama yapiyorsa 3-4 saat buzdolabinda bekletse yeterli. Soguk sevenler, (her yontemde) son yarim saatini buzluga atabilir!
    • Sus olsun diye yaptigim ufakliklari mutlaka yapmalisiniz! Erimis cikolataya batirinca cok fena bir tat/doku sagliyor!♥️

    Begüm Hanım seffaf membran bant kullanmasam, direk kaliba oturtsam sizce sorun olur mu? Çünkü yurt dışında yasiyorum ve sanirim onu burada bulmam biraz zor olacak :(

      2 tatli kasigi toz jelatini yine 2 tk soguk suyla karistirip 10 dk bekletin minik bi kapta..sonra direk harcin icine karistirin♥️
