You may not agree with everything Ted’s said or done throughout the years, but man, what a life and a legacy. Not just in the media landscape or with the Braves, but also his sailing accomplishments and his conservation efforts.
Every college kid admires celebrities, business tycoons, politicians and the underworld becoz they have wealth, power and popularity. With maturity, we should get over this exaggeration habit. All are common people. What differentiates us is our level of excellence in our skills. Our real duty in life is to focus on our skill development and self-improvement.
One thing I like about Ted Turner is he told people the truth about population and said it them. He, imo was being truthful. Trump is not honest. Unfortunately, Ted Turner probably supports Trump, I don't care. But, I liked CNN, Atlanta Braves and Wresling on TV, not anymore. He was a great promoter and good looking too.
No. Never. Ted Turner and DJT have VERY little in common as people. Ted, has NEVER filed for bankruptcy. He has been incredibly successful. He always paid his staff and creditors. Ted is a scrupulously honest. Ted ran one of the biggest and most successful media companies in the world. Ted is also a REAL billionaire. Not one based on his debts. Ted is a man of INTEGRITY. DJT is a corrupt and poor man’s TED. Jane has been out of the picture for MANY years Ted is a huge environmentalist, one of the biggest private landholders in the world. His work with his ranches have grown the number of bison/buffalos to numbers taking them out of endangered status. Ted is awesome. DJT is a criminal POS. Ted is a philanthropist, gave a BILLION dollars to the UN. Didn’t feel the need that his name be stamped on the gift. It is now referred to as the UN foundation I believe. Ted brought the soviets and Americans back together in peace with engagement. With the Goodwill Games. In 80’s and 90’s. Ted will NEVER be a convicted felon. Unlike DJT, Donnie’s gonna die crying in prison.
@@SteveStahl Easy Steve... while DJT is flawed like any other man you might know, he has also been maligned in the media and attacked by a bunch of political jackals that are Deep State Swamp degenerates. DJT has done America a great service as a former president. His vision for America came to light in the 80s when he noticed America running off the rails... Do you remember what he told Oprah around 1988? well... look where we are now with the failed administration ruining our nation and attacking its own people. Imagine transgender people getting a month long celebration while veterans that died and gave it all got one day... the values of this political system are broken.
