You have to be my favorite MC youtuber at this point! Most MC youtubers now are very similar and although there isn't anything wrong with that if you don't like tommyinnit or dream than most MC content is unwatchable for you. I thought starting a whole frickin war just because of a betrayal was too far but void trapping denied my fact. lol
A better design for a void trap is to make a system to remove the block you spawn on using a piece of string to trigger an observer which then cuts off power to a sticky piston which then pulls back the block you spawn on.
