It’s so funny cause Robbie Williams is SO famous in so many places (not just Britain), just barely at all in America 😂. He’s in the top 70/80 top selling artists of all time
@@Chatman666 in England he played for about 375.000 over 3 days. But then again, he was sort of the biggest act on the planet when he did Knebworth. I dont even think the US have had an act in the 21st century that has had the power that Williams had in the early 2000s 😎 He actually said he likes that he has America to be himself in. They leave me alone there and i love that. End quote..
The fact that that Robbie Williams music video was on every music channel in Europe in the early 00s and these Gen-Z/Millennials just acted like it was an R-rated movie is hilarious to me.
Robbies'video is actually rather pointed - usually it's the women wearing skimpy outfits with the male singer treating them as "meat", in a misogynistic, voyeuristic manner. But here he's the one on display for the women, and he's literally "meat" in their eyes. It's much deeper and insightful than most will realise 👍😎👍
Canadian here and Omg that robbie Williams music video TRAUMATIZED me as a kid . I remember they would play it on Much Music. But I still listen to the song to this day , good bop😊
So glad that the High Voltage music video was included. When I was 10 years old and just getting into music videos, I was so disturbed by this music video that I couldn't turn away and didn't hear my mom coming downstairs in time to change the channel. I got in SO MUCH TROUBLE for watching it, but I had no idea what it was I was watching and was just disturbed by the whole thing.
Of everything they showed I only remember the Robbie Williams one, it was crazy, but a critique of what external beauty is and it literally showed the internal one.
When Rock DJ came out, I never saw it go beyond Robbie taking off his pants. A school mate told me he then took off his skin and I never believed him. It genuinely wasn't until last year, over 20 years later, that I finally found out that he DOES take his skin off XD
Fun fact, I learned in between takes of the video, when he was dressed as a muscular version of himself, he went running into a fancy restaurant screaming and startled all the people. He later on walked around and asked what happened {he was back to his normal self}.
I remember when Rock DJ first dropped, there was a warning about it saying the full version would only be shown after the watershed, which was 9pm at the time
I love showing people the video for High Voltage, but you left out the best part! Give me those magical glowing moose nuts! Black Hole Sun was also a nostalgia trip for me.
Shea and Bennison are a good pair, Shea especially is so funny. Only the first video caught me off guard, it's so gross I couldn't even look at the screen. Die Antword has some good songs and weird music videos but they allegedly aren't the best of people. Next y'all should do a reaction to crunkcore like Millionaires, Brokencyde etc.
10:33 Not just foolery but full on tomfoolery! Lol Bjork has been around forever and her videos are always "interesting". And yeah, she is cute as a button.
My boyfriend has a crush on her, and I love the northern lights, so I said we should put it on our vacation wishlist. He said it's not like he'd ever meet her. I said it's a small island you never know lol.
I remember watching the video to Rock DJ when I was little. However they showed the first half of it before the second half cuts to Robbie recording the song in the studio, because they didn't want to show the rest of it with him taking his skin and muscles off. That would petrify any kid watching the video in its entirety.
Izzy has really eclectic taste in music so it's not surprising that she vibes with some of these lol. Gotta love some of these throwback videos that we used to have similar conversations about when they came out!
despite the title of the song, that wasn't even Die Antwoord's weirdest music video. Gotta checkout their video for Fatty Boom Boom, it's hilarious and freaky
The World is not enough by Garbage is a VERY strange music video, refined, yet controversial AF. Watched it when I was a kid cause my brother used to record tv shows and vids on VHS. That was over 25 years ago. You all are in for a treat I swear.
Of course the very first one is a music video that has stuck with me my whole life since seeing it once on MTV. Never could remember the name of the song.
Y'all really dug deep for this one. I ain't never seen these videos before let alone heard of any of these songs even though I do recognize some of the artists.
The first one made me laugh so hard! The second one was ew. Hateful Love was like if Sid from Toy Story grew up and made a Barbie music video. The one with Kristen Bell kind of made me sad though, I don't know why but it made me think of stillbirth... This video is a roller coaster of emotions for me for sure!
To those who don't remember "Rock DJ" by Robbie Williams getting as graphic as it does in the end, your broadcasters might have had to trim down the music video to just after the tiger pants drop. Probably to keep within the confines of broadcast laws in your country. Just like when Sacha Baron Cohen promoted "Grimsby" on Jimmy Kimmel, but they had to show the audience's reaction to the scene in question instead of the scene itself (I hope that segment is still on YT).
6:07 That air pushing back her hair (like there is a wind machine on her) reminds me of the music video "Don't Mess With Me" by Brody Dalle. That is one of my all-time favorite music videos ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, LOVE IT!
Glad to see we are tormenting people still with Aphex Twins videos. Best weird videos of all time and still a tune. There could be more bjork videos here though lol.
That Robbie Williams video clip took that idea from the Benny Hill show where the British Comedian did his own S-Tease by going all the way down to his skeleton, though less blood and guts in the Benny Hill version.
First exposure to the weird in music videos was Nancy Boy by Placebo. Might seem relatively tame compared to some stuff out now, but was peak 90s at the time
It’s so funny cause Robbie Williams is SO famous in so many places (not just Britain), just barely at all in America 😂. He’s in the top 70/80 top selling artists of all time
He is really famous in Brazil
I remember that version of the video was only on after 10pm
In Argentina he packed a 70.000 stadium.
@@Chatman666 yeah he’s genuinely a huge star

11:03 "Black Hole Sun" is such a great song, it was always known as such a weird music video!
Lost it when Izzy hit us with that "Helicopter, Helicopter" XD. Thought I recognized Die Antwoord, they were in the movie Chappie
I was shocked and felt old, by the fact that no one knew what was going to happened in the Robbie Williams video🤣🤣
LMAOOO OMG SAME 😂😂😂
The fact that Robbie Williams turned into the colossal titan 😂
The fact that that Robbie Williams music video was on every music channel in Europe in the early 00s and these Gen-Z/Millennials just acted like it was an R-rated movie is hilarious to me.
I remember seeing it all the time, back then mind you I was only around 11 or 12 around that time. Seeing it now, was worse than I remember.
@@kirstencaruana7621 I was about the same age, and I agree it's a bit worse than I remember lol I don't know if many people complained though.
In Mexico it was on MTV everyday at like 1 PM.
Black hole sun by Soundgarden is one hell of a song.
RIP Chris Cornell.
This video scared me as a kid, but I love it now as an adult
You could've made a whole episode on weird disturbing music videos with just Die Antwoord videos 😂
Robbies'video is actually rather pointed - usually it's the women wearing skimpy outfits with the male singer treating them as "meat", in a misogynistic, voyeuristic manner.

We grew up watching Robbie Williams’s Rock Dj video 😂😂😂
I was surprised they didn't know the Robbie Williams one. I remember watching it when I was a kid and finding funny when he's dancing skeletonized 😂
Oh my god. Danger! High Voltage is one of mi fav songs. Glad you introduced this song to so many people in this great bizarre way hahaha.
Imagine... We millenials grew up watching this shit as normal on MTV at the time 😅
1:44 OMG Benison's face had me rolling 🤣 😂
"It's like me and my cat." "Your cat ugly?" 😂😂😂

Die Antwoord, Aphex Twin, Soundgarden, Björk... finally some good music on REACT :D
A part 2 is needed and Tool has some crazy videos. 😱
Any music video from TOOL would work as well
As soon as I saw Robbie Williams in the thumbnail, I was like HELL YEAH! I adore him.
Fun fact, I learned in between takes of the video, when he was dressed as a muscular version of himself, he went running into a fancy restaurant screaming and startled all the people. He later on walked around and asked what happened {he was back to his normal self}.

Rock DJ, Big Bad Wolf & Black Hole Sun were surprising at the time but nowadays, they're so hilarious to watch again

The fact on the first one they all got the same look at the same part. And I won’t lie, I have never seen that video.

Instantly started singing with Robbie’s Rock DJ!
Benison killed me at the beginning 😂😂

As disturbing Rock DJ's music video is towards the end, I absolutely love that song! It's probably one of my fav all time songs 😂
Right? Rock DJ is an absolute bop.
die antwood is so slept on, they make great music!
The fact that they haven't seen that Robbie Williams music video, shocks me 🫢
T O O L.
It's funny they were worried about a naked child considering that Die Antwoord are apparently creeps.
Anthony had me dying! hahahhaah love Anthony's reactions lol reminds me of Ncuti Gatwa
Gwar(any), Tool "Sober" or "Schism", Peter Gabriel "Sledgehammer", Tori Amos "A Sorta Fairytale", Fair To Midland "Dance Of he Manatee"
I’ll never forget watching the Robbie Williams video for the first time as a kid and being so traumatized lolll
Little Big really deserves a reaction video by themselves, they have many hylarious videos out there.

Rock Dj was my favourite music video to watch when i was little. I thought it was so cool! Love Robbie Williams!

These guys don't know Die Antwoord, but they know the Duck Song? What a weird weird world
Yes! South Africa represented baby!! Whoop whoop!! ❤
1:44 please tell me that you put some kind of effect on Benny's eyes 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

‘Decrepit Eminem’ had me wheezing
We need Shea on more videos...she was hilarious 😂
Y'all really dug deep for this one. I ain't never seen these videos before let alone heard of any of these songs even though I do recognize some of the artists.
The fact I remember there's a video of Robbie (firstvMV) in the costume after his skin comes off going to a petrol station to buy cigarettes 🤣🤣🤣
they should have stepped up this challenge by putting shock collars on them when they get buzzed...... LOL
I walked in already familiar with Robbie Williams.
That 1st music video is why i didn't become a doctor 😅😅
You could make a 1-hour episodse using only Little Big's videos and have some for spare. All of them are masterpieces.
Die Antwoord made some banger songs but are controversial❕❗
Why
They’re not “controversial” they are Neo-Not-Sees.
Sometimes I wish I was a reactor, I've literally seen all these haha
I think the funniest part of this video is their reactions with the filter big eyes and Gina laughing is so cute and funny lol 😂😂😂
I GREW up on Rock DJ and similarly shocking visuals, I love it.
Hahah I love Shea, she seems like such a fun person
RIP Chris Cornell!! Love Soundgarden
A+ video!
Definitely the weirdest group of music videos I have ever seen!
I love Die Antwoord! I can't believe y'all added them in!! The excitement I feel is so much!
Next time show them "Pisces" of Jinjer. No weird image, just suprising singing.
I love that Dani and Jillian randomly went into the Duck Song at the end 😂😂😂😂
Till Lindemann - Praise Abort for the next one, I'd LLLLOVE to see their reactions!
14:51 every song from this south african group is weird

Nope, its criminal that Obscure, by Dir En Grey didn't make this list.
I was feeling the same, no Diru, Tool, NIN, MTH or even Kizu. This was like a rated G "weird" videos list XD.
They really could’ve used any Rammstein music video as well.
liked for the "foolery" comment. that was great!
How did Tool,Nine inch nails, nor Marilyn Manson not make this list?
