Bro hes on the way for a tenner, on your recommendation. Always been after a definitve 3Po, the original one from the 80s is still one of the best. Hopefully the New R2 will go perfectly.

By far the best C-3P0 made! I have a bunch of these in various displays. Two of them in my BMF Falcon alone!

Yup that’s the best one they ever made! I think that ROTS 3po was repackaged somewhere battle pack or some thing. The TVC one is simply too dull they did a little better with the latest Repack but they’re not as good as this. Although a novel idea I can’t stand the little plates and all that are removable sometimes they just pop off i’ve been thinking about buying another one and just super gluing the panels on permanently. Another Great addition!

Ahhh those Saga Collection 2006 figures. What about the card background? Nice Endor Forest ... But yes! If cheap buy it. I agree use another C-3PO for the chair maybe unless your heighlighting that particular scene on Endor around the Ewok huts.

Totally had to get this figure after watching this video, until now I was on the same page as you thinking my 2004 ROTS C-3PO was the best one. For anyone else looking to get this figure thankfully Hasbro & Disney repacked it a few times, though the 2006 has the really rich gold colour seen here while the others are a much lighter shade of gold, even lighter than the 2004 ROTS in comparison;
1. 2006 SAGA Collection C-3PO with Ewok Throne. (Two variants; Blank or Painted knee hinges)
2. 2008 Saga Legends C-3PO (Two different releases; SL6, & SL17).
3. 2008 Legacy Collection ‘Training on the Falcon’ Battle Pack.
4. 2008 Disney Parks Star Tours ‘Droid Pack’ (Star Wars Weekends 2008)
5. 2011 Disney Parks Star Tours ‘Travel Agency’ pack.
6. 2013 Disney Parks Star Tours ‘Sector 2 Security’ pack.

I can pick this up on Monday. Its up on fb marketplace for £30. I don't know if that is a good price for this figure,or whether I should offer them £20 and see where that takes me lol.
I have about 3 of this figure loose and a couple on card and the gold varies. You got a good one! I still consider this the definitive 3PO in 3.75". 😃👍

I just bought this a couple of months ago - mainly for the chair - and the second I opened it, 3PO pulled a Mission Impossible and just fell apart at the joints.
Nice! I have that tin with d’an and the model nodes..lol It’s the only thing I have that I won’t open, just looks better in the case! I don’t know why I get such a laugh out of the cantina band. I think it’s the description of the bad on the back of the cards! How they were popular amongst the clones during the war but sense have fallen on hard times recently and they scrape bye by playing at Mas Eisley‘s Cantina ...lmfao!
If you only had on c3po to choose from which would it be for you? I see the one in the chair is gold except for the leg which is silver. The reason I am asking because I need to get a c3po to my collection. Its been a long time and I just remember the original in 77 and the one from Empire Strikes Back that came apart to go in a backpack for Chewbaca. I kinda like the one your showing but was not sure about the silver leg; so I was wondering what you opinion was? Keep up the great job your doing with the videos
I have a t-shirt with C3PO on it and it says have a golden day which is cool I got it from Kohl's. That is a brilliant C-3PO figure and Vac metal. Thanks for bringing it to my attention I love it it looks great. Hasbro put it on the Vintage card just do it do it. I go to second hand stores and flea markets in yard sales and I'll be looking for it, the Hunt is on.

What's that blue color reflecting on your C3POs? I thought maybe you had one figure with the Jabba slime on C3PO at first, but some blue color is reflecting off of the vac-metalized 3POs.
That'll be my Donkey Kong cabinet! Well spotted. I also noticed in post production. I kinda liked it... gave it a cool look as opposed to that toxic slime green look! 🤢
🌟🌟🌟 ONLY ONE KENOBI, i have a question for you about figure collecting. It's about the "Retro Collection" (SW, ESB & new Mandalorian wave). Though i believe you've said in the past, your not much for collecting these yourself, i was still curious of your opinion from a collector's point of view ("from a certain point of view", lol...yours) i'm debating whether to remove the orange retro stickers from my retro collection cardbacks. Now is the time Because i noticed the longer they are left on, the harder they are to remove. I think it looks better with them off (gives them more of a real 1977 orginal look...plus you can view & appreciate the card art better) but at the same time, i don't want to hurt the value or collectablity of them by removing it. In case many years from now I decided to sell them or trade them in. I'd hate for a shop or someone to tell me, "well, they would have been worth alot more if you hadn't removed the stickers"...or could removing them increase the value because of the simple fact that probably not that many people did, and to find a wave or set without them and cleanly, perfectly removed could be highly saute after? Appreciate you thoughts or opinion on this and what the community thinks on this sticker issue. Thank you, love your channel 👍👍

I think the saga Collection Are Greater looking cardbacks Better than the TVC I believe so. But that C-3PO is awesome as I always say I love the metallic look so authentic looking really it is the TC -14 as well and I love Obi-Wan how you are bringing the droids to the forefront love it. And you know who else I think deserves quick shots the “EWOKS” I think that would be very cool very cool but anyway video is great love the Vac metal.
I like em too! That similar bubble as seen in 2005 ROTS but with the classic star wars chase 😉👌🏼

Jeez why didn't we get this one on a TVC card back. He looks great. I've only got the dull coloured one and it looks crap compared to thus one. If they release him on A New Hope card I would buy it. It's a no brainer!

Very nice 3po! He needs a update! The newest v.c. Is pretty good but I’m not a fan of all the removable parts ??? Why? So you can loose them..lol after watching this I may get this one! It’s funny I have bought figures after seeing your review on it. But ya I don’t know how I feel about the shine on 3po or if I like him dull. I know that he is dull most of the time due to sand, weather and all that . But he does shine when clean

I have to say thats the best 3po they made plus its very articulated Id say this version and the one with salacious crumb (3po eye can pop up) are really nice versions of our beloved droid.

Despite the limited articulation, this is my definitive go-to C-3PO, I once used that ewok throne for a joke diorama based on RLM’s Rich Evans’s Palpatine Ewok Death Cult theory lol xD

There is two one light gold the other dark gold also l make the card backs into dioramas for the figures you first use the excess card two fill the hole were the holo figures was and paint it in two match the pictures great display cards when finished as most are just discarded when opening

This is the 3po figure I got as a kid. After 15 years and some serious mileage it's surprisingly still in decent good condition too. I've lost the chair though unfortunately, long ago xD

I have this same figure and it sucks. Mine looks like an ugly yellowish greenish gold. Absolutely waste of money it's ugly. And his left arm is in the way and hits crotch. I'm completely baffled why mine is different from yours

My cepo came apart .I opening him up in 2006 and set him on my self .Then one day I decided to move him and he just came apart

Ended up with 2 of them- not complaining, my first was included when I got a legacy collection BMF, and it came with this 3po, POTF2 farmboy luke with training helmet, OTC obi-wan, an R2 and the han and chewie that originally came with the falcon. Second was in a lot that included 3po with ewok throne and the R2 with the ewok cargo net trap.
