It's so hard to move on from Vinland Saga. And your videos (especially your music choice) just elevates the theme of the series. Like Thorfinn, I also hope that some place like Vinland exists where people can build a paradise and live their life peacefully.
Vinland Saga was really one of those series that stuck with you, wasn’t it? I still can’t get over it after all of this time. I like this music because it brings me the same feeling of tranquility that I get when Thorfinn talks about Vinland and peace. I really hope that we can get that feeling in real life sometime soon, but unfortunate it seems to go in opposite directions right now :( By the way, I’m really happy that you came to watch these videos after you finished the show. I’d say Vinland is more than a place without war and slavery. To me it’s about being able to lead a fulfilling life without unnecessary suffering, which I think we unfortunately have a lot of in the world. One place in the world could feel that their lives are like this utopia describes. However, since we live in a globalised world and have so much knowledge about others suffering, I personally wouldn’t be able to say that I live in a utopia as long as I know others are suffering.
