60fps is going to play 60 frames every second, If it was 30fps and you wanted to make a hand wave left and right each second then a keyframe would go each 30 frames, 60 you need to have the keyframes further apart because now a second is 60 frames, I’m new to this to and had to Re do a blender animation because of this.
If you have a faster frame rate it's ofc going to play more frames per second so if theres a limited amount of frames in a vid that video is going to be faster and way smoother

I used a softglow with these settings:
Threshould: 0.0
Gain: 0.68
Glowsize: 24.5
Blend: 1.0
