For beginners like me who are new to Davinci, try simpler softwares first. The problem I faced was being overwhelmed by so many features. But when I edited in beginners app, I started to see their limitations while fully understanding their available features. So when I came back to Davinci I automatically started looking for the advanced features. In short beginner's app experiences act as filters in advance softwares. Peace ✌️
I love the styles and approaches your are doing tutorials for. I am new to resolve and editing with "complicated" software, and would love even more explanations behind"why" you are doing x, y, z. Appreciate the tutorials 🙂
This is a good tutorial but you can avoid duplicating medias by connecting the masks. Subsequent masks need a subtract paint mode with "invert" deselected. You can then group it and that's that!
Great tutorial, I've noticed that some artifacts appear on the screen at 7:11 so I thought I'd help you out since I know the solution to that problem. Once you're about to render the video, set the keyframes in the "Export Video" tab on the left to "Every [1] frames" instead of it being set to "automatic". Hope this helps!
Hi there , i have a problem , when i add the multimerge node (5:23) and do all the conections with all the nodes my screen goes black and i can't understand why , thougth i was the process behind it so I did it all again but it happened the same thing. Can somebody help me ??
@@FilmicFootprints The shift worked but still there is something missing in de video. 5:38 when adding the third MultiMerge your timeline is black, like mine. And one second later when you drag the website down it's visible again. What did you do in between?
This channel is amazing ❤️

Maybe check your Merge nodes if they have something connected as background (the yellow connection)
I have a solution. Change the multimerge on top of the Transform to a normal merge node. Worked for me.
@@SoTooHilarious thanks bro!
I got the same issue, still can't fix it, please help.
@@daydreamer1179 same issue here even though it work with simple transform node but z pivot is not working with it
thanks its amazing my question how can save this like preset and use it when i need next time
You can drag the fusion composition in a Power Bin. If your Power Bins aren`t enabled yet watch this: th-cam.com/users/shortslPPqGH6uWos?feature=share
hello, is there any templates within Resolve that will do these screen rotations?
Davinci resolve need node. There are no templates that can use or create any of this. We should use nodes.
danke
Why dve node not working properly?
I didn't understand dude 🤔
Congrats I probalby...
Alright german
Hab ein bookmark für dein kanal gemacht
Haha Dankeschön
For some reason mij DVE doesn't want to be between the multi merge or median. What am I missing?
You Need to hold down Shift while you drag the node over the connection.
Thanks, will try that

Make sure the DVE node is connected to the yellow Input of the multimerge Node.
Is this for Pro or the free version?
It's in the free version
Is this done using fusion ?
I am new to danvinci

@@FilmicFootprints Thanks!
It doesn't work for me idk what I'm doing wrong 😿
Which part doesn’t work for you?
Great video, but oh man, Fusion SUCKS. It's so bad.

5:39 how did you move the whole website out of the frame. which node did you use for that ?
With the transform node which I added a few seconds earlier
