I agree with you Frank, my Forma Evo Low adventure boots are great for my riding style and better than sneakers and work boots. If I get ever get into something more off roady I would want an MX boot. Might need one after I get the dual sport worked on this weekend, parts are starting to arrive.

I got the same, but larger Alpinestars Corozal, for the same purposes. Most on the road and occasionally off road on dirt, grass, gravel. Very comfortable and safe for those purposes. I once even forgot my normal shoes to work and had them on all day, it was actually nice to do so.

I have exactly these boots and have tested them. I was not injured when the bike fell on my foot, but I was riding alone and pinned under the bike. In the time it took to dig myself out, the exhaust pipe melted through the plastic heel of the boot, and I received an unpleasant burn. The boot performed reasonably well given the circumstances.

I thought out the alpinestars toucan boots for the same thing and purpose as you. Addition to my tech 7s. What are you thoughts on the toucan?

I have not seen those boots. They look like a lower top Alpinstars Corozal (what I wear and love).

I had to sell my old KLR 8 moths after i bought it because my Tech 7 couldnt fit under the shifter. I wanted adv boots, but none in my size. I still hope to find an adv boot someday

I don’t know what size you wear but I wear an 11 and I had a klr 300 that was a fun little bike and never had a problem?
