    Hi Ms Nina, thanks for this and your other vids :) Can I ask, just for clarity, (1) after bottling and sealing the jar, we pasteurize it right away po ba or do we need to wait about 5 days pa? (2) and if we did pasteurize it right away, no need to wait 5 days po ba for best results? (3) how do we store po the bottled pasteurized tinapa jars? table storage lang po or may requirement na temp sa bahay where to store it... Thanks in advance!

    Hello. I'd like to ask if the 2-3 hours in low boil standard in pasteurizing cooked fish. Is this cooking time guranteed to make shelf life last 3 months (room temperature)? Is the quality of the cooked fish and veggie affected by the long boiling time? Thanks.

      Hindi naman basta low heat lang at hindi matagal na oras tpos wag muna buksan agad. Ipa cool down muna bago i ahon sa pressure
