I made this recipe as thanks for friends helping me move a piano. They all said this reward was worth it. Another time I used the marinade on drumsticks and baked it in the oven and that was delicious too. ❤❤❤ Thank you!

Perfect timing! Just bought a kilo of chicken thighs (now cheaper than breast for some reason) and my brother, knowing I love kimchi, gave me a few tins of Jongga kimchi he got from an expo at Covent Garden in London.
Chicken looks great! Btw it always amazes how big bites you can take at once. My spoonful is half the size. And even that feels sometimes too big. Small size eater here. Ofc no need to adjust anything. I love the show.
