Hello sir! I had a quick question sorry If it doesn’t have anything to do with this vid. Do you know if a broken/ cracked air filter box cause like a vacuum leak in a 2018 Malibu? Please help!
No, it doesn't, only thing would happen, if it's just a Crack in the air filter box, it's just more going going to throttle, which in turn would create about 2 to 3 more horsepower.
Check gaskets on throttle assembly, check all screws and bolts on assembly, check all any hose assembly leading to throttle assembly, or hold smoke machine over anywhere air can be sucked in.
It’s because I’m getting a P0299 And I checked all screws and gasket. But everything looks normal. The air filter box was broken, large openings. I thought maybe that would cause it. Turbo I checked the turbine and and wastegate and they both function. The car accelerates super slow compared to before like I feel like it’s dangerous especially on the expressway when I ain’t getting speeds enough to get out the way.

I meant more air going to the throttle.

Are all four sensors the same?
Is it a problem to drive with this code?
P0010,13,20,23, replaced all 4 actuators and still same codes? Rats ate my wiring? Harness short? Arrrrgh!!!
