Have you done the i26 pass between TN and NC? It’s closed all the way to the state line and I was curious if there were rock slides.
there may be landslides, but it's closed all the way to mars hill.. my guess because the bridge collapsed in erwin and there is no alternative routes for truckers other than funneling through town, which would be absolute nightmare for traffic.
