Loved the series and definitely love the figures. They display well with the cowboy big Jim stuff. The zeb and grizzly adams head sculpts were well done. Super Great review and it’s nice to see these figures on TH-cam. The Karl May toy line are also very cool and made with the big Jim bodies.
I have not seen "How the West was Won". I have some catching up to do. I remember the show being on, and my stepfather watching it, but I was more interested in playing.....as little kids are. The art likeness of Dan Haggerty is stunning. Alot of times the people that did the artwork for these packaging are the same people that drew for comics or pulp magazines back in the day
I'm the same way about only watching older television. Even game shows are so obnoxious now with contestants acting like buffoons and all the time being wasted with silly nonsense. You barely get to see the actual game being played.
Not to go off topic Sir but you are Correct...the Oscars are a joke and to me it was just a show about my race (black people) acting childish and complaining.. and wanting things handed to them....and Stacey Abrams nomination for a Nobel Peace Prize is a joke! Like I said I am black and do not like how this country is going. No wonder Sir Hopkins did not show up for that joke of a show and the ratings fell way down...thank Goodness for that!
John Beloushi said it best when he was filmed receiving an award some years ago. When they handed it to him, he said he was truly grateful, because it was one of the awards you could still earn, the big ones you have to pay for...

Karl May is another great line, a lot more extensive than these though.
