so you leave it to dry on the kitchen table (room temp) and not in the refrigerator ?
yes, as long as the water content is low (10-12% like Prof Hartel stated) and surrounded by corn starch, it won't go bad :)

Won't be gummy bear's any more. Just from the gelitian. Coming from hoves, animal skin, and animal fat🤢🤢😷
