It would be so sick to see the reactions of people when they pick up their vehicles and see the work and hear it for the first time. With their consent of course. Great work guys!!
Dean, the 2 square technique to get an exact diameter measurement is absolute genius I've never seen it done like that man. Thank you I can't wait to try measuring a diameter like that.
I can not thank you guys enough for going into so much detail about this amazing build. I am all about an amazing sounding system, but even more about how clean the install looks and the attention to detail. I now have to reconsider the setup I was planning on doing to my 2019 F250 and check out a full install from you guys. Great job from both of you.
just finished up a ful thesis system in a firebird 2 pair of thesis 6.5's in the front door a pair or thesis tweeters and mids in the dash and a 3rd pair of 6.5s in the rear stock location and 2 10 hertz mille legends 10's in a custom box on 2 thesis quatros, a thesis uno and a bit one. Sounds aboslutely incredible!
You guys are amazing top notch installers ,the attention to detail blew me away the sound deadening I believe was on the metal and plastic panel to totally eliminate any vibration ,I have seen great installs of expensive stereo amps and speakers put in a vehicle to go to a car show and just rattle to no end which kills the overall sound to that you get a a plus, the amplifier rack to me look very difficult but you guys nailed it top notch wire work beautifully done, zip ties for a clean finish red and black just perfect, the to tune the whole thing just very impressive routing in engine area runs smooth and nice ,you guys show your 5 star ⭐ talent ,I would like to know how many days the install took I'm going to say a week and also wonder how much the stereo equipment cost verses all the install cost for this project ,I'm going to say this install with equipment was around 8 to 9 thousand dollars.Keep the vids coming.
This is an amazing installation! The sound quality and clarity are top-notch, and the fitment looks great. Great job on this upgrade! 😊 #fordraptoraudiosystem #carstereoupgrade #installation
Loved this entire video guys! I know that sound when you finally achieve it....it's like Heaven! It's like the band is THERE! I wish we could get some customer reactions! I know some don't won't to be on film buy maybe one or two. lol. Oh man....those Raptor badges were a perfect finish to the system very nice!!!
In my MK7 GTI: I have Audison Voce K6 components in the front, and Audison Prima coaxials in the rear, both F&R doors sound deadened. I also have a Sundown SA10 Classic, mounted in a custom fiberglass box. My F&R speakers are ran by an NVX JAD800.4 amp, and my sub is ran by a Rockville db13 mono amp. It’s all processed through my factory HU, running a Massive Audio Flatline line output converter, and a Massive Audio EQ9 9-band equalizer. It’s not a full Audison setup, but I'll tell you what, these Audison speakers are by far the best speakers I have owned, let alone listened to. They don’t give massive punchy mid-bass like a set of Focal Power, Kicker, or Hertz speakers do, but they provide some of the best SQ I’ve ever heard when tuned correctly! Zero distortion at very high dB levels, and the Voce tweeters are very clean and pure. I’ve owned Focal speakers, Polk Audio MM components, Hertz Mille’s, and Alpine Type-R’s, to name a few, and those are all great speakers, but they don’t compare to the clean power or sound the Audison Voce’s produce. My dream setup would be an active 3-way Audison Thesis setup in the front, a component Audison Thesis setup in the rear, and have everything ran through an Audison bit-one SP, while keeping my Sundown sub (because it’s that good and IMO Sundown is the best sub brand out there). I would love this setup, but it would cost a ton of $$. Until then, I’m completely satisfied with my current setup.
I wish I had a good fun job like you guys. Willing to relocate... top sales associate in my store. Get me out of Cali... great quality vids and service. Keep it up!
Can't wait to see guys use the Ford Lightning as a platform for SQ comp cars with the subs in the Frunk and all the battery power I bet that truck's audio will be special if done right.
yall should set another shop in Cali, i looking for this level exepert to upgrade my Auid A7 to get to that over the top beauty and sound level. Great vid, great master installer and master mind.
The filling of the hole in the door is a massive improvement, I've owned Mazdas and VWs That came with doors that were sealed from factory and the sound is so much better even without sound treatment. My corolla sounds like a tin can by comparison even with sound treatment because infinite baffles are crap full stop no matter how dead you make it. Also can stop a lot of vibrations hitting the plastic outer door trim. I'd buy another Mazda 3 just for putting a good music system in.
You guys are so thorough and I love the specific commentary all the way through the install. I was wondering if you might be able to incorporate the cost of the merchandise you put into these vehicles as well as the cost for the install. Other than that keep up the good work/information
I figured it was at least 8 thousand, right down all the Audison amps the one amp was almost 2.000 ,it was probably 5 or 6 grand for the amps ,dsp ,speakers and I imagine at least near 2,500 to 3.000 for wire and install, acrylic, and plastic,I can only imagine the sound in it was crystal clear.
@@seanhower5130 you are off by quite a bit. This is serious, one off, custom fabrication. Decades of learning the craft. Examples: Thesis speakers are $4500 per set, $6k in 3 way form. Labor would be $1k for just x-over adjustments, eq and time alignment alone. This job is weeks long. Assume $500-$700 a day per guy. Sound deadening the doors??? $1500+. I would say your $8k number may cover the labor, but I doubt it. Another $8k for amps, Bit, Zen and wiring. speakers, Subs, box and custom Touches??? Total $30k plus???? I'm probably quite low.
I would do something about bracket by the battery sitting and touching boost tube ... those boost tubes do slightly move around when turbos are running. Eventually this bracket will rub the hole inside boost tube.
Just stumbled in your channel. I absolutely love the attention to detail in these builds. If I may ask what is the typical ball park cost for a build like this one. I realize there are lots of variables such as choice of components etc. just trying to get an idea.
Dean u need to tell Mark from CAF about the ground point on his F-150 build he jus did a few months ago i think or around there. He used the factory ground bak there

@@mikexc90lol, yes they will. I have Audison Voce’s and they are the most clear sounding speakers I’ve ever had in a car, and I’ve had a lot of different brands thoughts the last 25 years

I wonder about my 2 cars 2013 toyota camry and my 08 impala, us the ground issue the same as the f150.. and when dean says, if you don't connect 🙄 to the battery bad things happen, does that mean you can burn a speaker?

Hey Dean, Hello Fernando....guys, I've been a total fan of your videos for quite some time now. What I want to know is, are you a distributor for most of the products that you showcase in your installation videos? Companies such as Ground Zero are nearly impossible to find here in the states, and Ground Zero, to be specific, has been completely unresponsive to the many emails I have sent to them, that includes the U.S. Distributor as well as the German Reps in Europe. Thank you for any help you may be able offer!!!

hi this is old but good in( Audison av 5.1k amp) analog to da card change :srew those screws from sides almost out and you can pull card out in easy way, btv still best amp for 2-way active front+ sub configuration(passive tweeter+midrange 4ohm 75w/channel A-class, active midbass 2ohm 240w/channel A/B Class, active subwoofer 4 or 2 ohm D class 600/1000w enough to feed sub, idont see better combo) so that is a poor Audiophile choice no.1. why not use wood and cover it with a material vs use the acrylic? Is it easier to use that in the laser, or better overall look and performance?

So Dean and or Fernando do you and that peice of blown pvc to make that like it's own enclosure?
I'm curious to know if you think the Audison Voce speakers are in the realm of Focal and Morel?
I thought the sound deadening must be on the door( metal) and not the door panel.
Can you clarify that
So do they run new speaker wire to the doors or use the stock wires
Well done guy’s! Did you drill to the molex for door wires? Any tips?
How much treatment does it take to do one door in this fashion?
D&F You guys should add some demo music from the youtube creator library to your listening tracks. It won't get a copyright strike.
What set ( complete) do you recommend for a 2010 model Peugeot 3008 Sir ?
Holy crap! I just looked up the Audison prices. Is this guy a sheik?
So you’re saying drywall screws and gorilla glue aren’t good enough for the Thesis speakers?
