HI can you please tell me im thinking of getting the galaxy s9 because of reviews ive seen and i really like the sound of it but ive been told you can't update the operating system or the security can you please tell me if this is correct or can you update them. Thank you
How do I get the back of the phone off? I can't seem to get the back part off! It's so super thin & I don't wanna scratch the phone by trying to get the back off! I know you are thinking it's common knowledge to take the back pc off of the phone but it's actually difficult to do! I need to add my sim card and the memory card then I think I can follow a few steps to set up my phone. I purchased it off of Amazon & it's a unlocked ( cricket carrier) so wish me luck! Thanks 4 sharing your video but I don't think it's gna be helpful for the ones who don't know how to get the back of the phone off and entering SIM/memory cards! Maybe a short video on that would be awesome for first time users :) please!
The sim card and sd card go into a small drawer type slot at the top left end of the phone. Requires a point of something small like a paper clip to pop it open. Put both cards on that and slide it back in. Ta Da

How is that a setup from the start? My phone doesn’t have a sims card or so memory in it yet.

On the Verizon model, when setting up the PIN and choose do not require PIN upon start up it’ll still ask for a PIN.

I find the sustained bell sound in the background to be distracting. It's too hard to listen to the instructions, which seem useful.
The music is annoying !
