I don't think their are low skills or no skills in the new graduates. It's just an excuse for government and corporates for their failure to create more manufacturing industries that can accommodate number graduates who pass out every year. The required Skill for any job in any department can be developed in 6 months to one year as an apprentice. No Skill is difficult. The problem is that profit-making private industries do not like their profit declined.
