Is that the whole process? Like cutting the fries then sprinkle with corn flour? I think there is more to it. That flour is mixed at least with salt. The oil is at specific temp, likee 150 160. Cannot be that simple. And maybe specific type potato. Old potatoes kept months in cool darkness...
