I have seen many cases, pt going asystole with hypoglycemia. So whenever I get asystole case I watch for vitals first.

Do you give 20 ml of normal saline after injection of adrenaline????

Yes otherwise the adrenaline will not reach the heart

Intubation should be done as soon as possible in hospital setup because bag n mask ventilation is contraindicated in full stomach patients as it can lead to aspiration.
