    If you write a bad review of someone and they take the time to read it and go the extra mile to address your issues with your care, and you find an issue with that, you're the problem.

      no she made a good observation
      they didnt do anything to resolve the issue she identified
      they went out there way and the extra mile to placate her
      no other changes where made to the hospital and other patients care to give them better lighting or better beds or better care only her
      and she rightfully saw that they was trying to buy her off
      case in point if you go to a resturaunt and are served raw chicken do you want to be given lots of special treatment or do you want them to resolve the issue so no other person gets raw chicken again

    • @shootingcomet082
      @shootingcomet082 2 ปีที่แล้ว +26

      @@Sarge92 The hospital couldn't change any of these things on a large scale in the time she was there. This type of review process only has positive value if the reviewer gives them a reasonable amount of time to make changes.
      They did what they could in the short amount of time she was there. Also, there's no indication that other patients felt these things were an issue.

      @@shootingcomet082 you don’t know that lol the rest of what ever tf you said as a counterback assault to the other person. The patients very well could’ve foreseen the problem itself, so it wouldn’t be what you said as being, not tile based meaning that the patients would be there most of the time to notice anything that’s never looked that when investigating a legal matter regarding someone’s health or life unless it is certain that’s a actual play factor in a case.

    That's actually really sweet that the whole reason he was "obsessing" over the review, was for the patients experience of the hospital, as a teaching moment for himself, to continue to better himself.

      Back in middle school, I had a migraine so bad I went blind for about 3 weeks. They had to do a spinal tap to rule out things and it wasn't terrible....the 2nd time. The first doctor that tried hit my sciatic nerve and I lost feeling in my leg and it hurt. The 2nd guy went in, no trouble. It's all in how the doctor does the procedure. For example, a lot of people that get steroid injections in their spine say it hurts like hell, but I do just fine...sure now the pressure my pain management doctor has to use can hurt, but it isn't unbearable. Just depends on each person's pain tolerance.

    How could she have meningitis without a high fever; headache; backache; etc.? I've never heard of someone who seems perfectly fine being diagnosed with menengitis just because of a sensitivity to fabric and a little rash on a leg. I know this is a fictional show, but usually, on reality medical shows, people with meningitis are EXTREMELY sick!
    So I have to question why they'd create this kind of situation despite it being a fictional show. And surgery for meningitis? Is that a thing? And by a sleep doctor?! If they're relieving pressure from the brain, that makes sense. But, if she was in septic shock, wouldn't they need to treat that first? And how does someone go into septic shock from a simple spinal tap?
    I haven't watched the full episode (or this show), but it seems like Hollywood is way off base in this clip. For all its faults, in other medical dramas, Hollywood at least tries to include a little realism in shows like this. But it sure doesn't seem that way this time!
