fan is designed for 12 to 24 up to 36volts thats why 230 in a 115 it mean from 12 volt it goes at 24 volts

@@Lunar_Capital Yeah, China provides many kinds of deluxe, but at least one of the two of these accidental occurences I have personally witnessed was in early 00's when the PC stuff was still mostly expensive and durable, not today's Chinese cheapo standard. Can't recall the make, model, nor country of manufacture though..
