Another great video. Thank you! I loved the little 'tram' engine which, from its ability to slip the wheels, perhaps should have been designed as a six rather than four wheeled machine. Beautifully restored equipment, lovely countryside and even a buffet car on the train. Such luxury! I loved the station staff coats with all those buttons and the hats too. The box car at the end for bicycles perhaps? Ride out by train and then cycle back (down hill). We have done that a number of times in the UK when and where the restored railway teams support such activities. Looking at Google Earth it appears that the line is still in place and working from Bruchhausen-Vilsen to Asendorf. I could not tell from the satellite photo whether the other lines out of Bruchhausen-Vilsen are standard gauge, but I did spot some dual gauge track. How much more sensible you have been in Germany in saving your railway heritage compared to the UK.

I love the old steam trains, they have character unlike the diesel locos' we have today. Thank you for posting this brilliant video !!
Museumsbahnen sind die besten

in this country is truly extraordinary. the trains here are well maintained and can still be used for tourists. I am amazed
