I have 13 RbA windows and looking at one more and a sliding door. No worries as a homeowner. RbA will be the last window you need. It comes down to cost (RbA offers financing as an option, though) and the price may surprise you when compared to the standard vinyl option. But RbA has your back with quality, installation, performance for the life of the window. The RbA warranty transfers to the next owner for 20 years. You need to do your own homework if your contractor is offering the standard vinyl replacement window. Who will be fixing any issues with framing, installation, leaking, etc if your contractor installs your vinyl windows? RbA is a one-stop shop. RbA is an investment at the start that prevents an expense later on with repairs, etc of inferior windows/doors.
