This is what is missing these days! People who see the negative and positive in a wide picture. These days people focus soo much on complaining. And I get it, we all want a good game. But these days I feel like some people only focus on the negatives
I’m so glad you said this. It’s been eating me for the entire launch period. I love this game, it’s some thing new and while it may not be what it once was, it still has the dna to work with. There are issues yes, but it’s still a great game and plenty challenging. The devs are busting their collective asses to give us a passion project that we haven’t seen in the racing genre in almost 15 years. But so many are so ungrateful that they can’t see the beauty in it. It hurts and angers me to no end.
This is why I’ve been saying support smaller game companies they listen. Big triple a companies do not listen they would never communicate this early. We would’ve had to just deal with it they don’t fix their games until people stop playing their game. Stuff may come slower than triple A game studios because smaller Dev team and resources. At least when we give our input they directly address those issues don’t give up on them early. Also giving millions of dollars would be extremely dumb it absolutely destroys the game’s economy. You think cars are high now if they give us millions for compensation we would be able to buy every car instantly so they would have to increase the price of cars significantly. 300 plus fixes this early is amazing for a first patch big companies are not doing that for a first patch ever! 2:50 you can also tell they really just didn’t realize that this many people were going to actually buy the game they were probably expecting a small niche of players and ended up getting a large triple A fanbase of people to come out and buy this game. SUPPORT SMALL DEV STUDIOS!!!

KT only has 90 Devs did you even read the article compared the company’s you named they have thousands of Devs and the top of the line technology not talking about the consoles speaking about the networks. I’m not saying they’re perfect but be real man none of the companies you named would be doing any of this communication with us. They would say fk us and continue funding the game because they have millions already. They are only trying to create microtransactions predatory system with packs, skins and virtual currency to keep you playing they don’t care about communication or morals is all about trying to get money out if the players any way possible to get to CEOS and investors they don’t care about paying the Devs that much money.
For this game, having an AA devloper didnt quite pan out in higher quality: The smaller studio still has a shark publisher in the background that gives little money but demands fast RTI and stupid features like Online Only. But the little game studio simply doesnt have the ressources to make the game great. So we end up with a game thats bad twice: Bad quality and a full price...

I hope they don’t completely tear down the meta cars. 2800 horsepower is awesome optimize the upgrades for all cars instead of nerfing the few. I know the meta cars were fast, but 2800 horsepower will make any car significantly faster. Keep it and optimize the rest.

The game isn't perfect and the graphics could be better but i personally love the racing in the game. It just feels good to drive and race in this game. I hope they can get it going in the right direction because it can be a great game.
I'm from New Zealand and am loving the game despite its issues. I'd rather see them take the time and do these patches properly rather than rush everything and potentially causing more issues down the road. This game has the possibility to be something special.
I did a pvp challenge,was in an stock audi rs againts a 1000+ FXX,obviously was going to DNF everytime,but leveled up 3 times for the clan..u can claim that loss back after a few FRIM runs
Maybe they'll give additional unlocks in the solar pass, or an additional solar pass(es) as part of their compensation? even a free car unlock of your choice could be an option....

In my opinion it's not a TDU game. There is too much content missing to be Test Drive. Where are the cops? Where are the owned houses apartments? Where are the shops to drive to? Where are the car washes? I could go on. To me it's more of a nfs clone than a test drive game
As far as I'm concerned, if this game is tanking like I think it is in terms of ratings and people actually 'playing', a fully offline mode is their ONLY option. Look at The Crew 2 and Motorfest, those games are getting an offline mode (shame it was already too late for the original Crew). At the end of the day, nobody should be forced to have a persistent online connection just to play a game. It has been proven time and time again.

7:45 AI Rubberbanding is my big issue... I like looking down at the Checkpoint difference and seeing like idk, 20+ second lead, to looking down at the next checkpoint and seeing 2 seconds and then him/her passing me, or 2 or 3 AI even, in a perfect line formation pushing each other through curves not braking at all, not even for hairpins, and doing like 300+ mph as they zoooooom out of view while i'm doing 240....THAT SHIT, grinds my gears more than getting connection lost message at the 98% mark of a 20-minute-long race, and that grinds em pretty good lol. Other than that issue with AI i'm good with it, i like the competition the expert AI give, i just despise games that rubberband.

Been playing since September 5th and I can tell I can barely find anybody to race with. And the few times I did, they just quit the moment the go off course. And never can do Ranked races either. I'm praying to see more people on PS5
At least the devs are actually listening and not ignoring people. I'm barely getting 50fps on high with a strix 4070, doesn't matter if it's at 1080 or 2k. As for ranked races and an offline mode, the fix for that would be pretty easy. Simply let players join whatever ranked races there are by choosing them on the map, no fast travel or driving to the location needed. Then offer ranked exclusive cars and rewards as an incentive for participating in ranked. ez

This is an open world racer with the TDU label smacked on it. There are so many features not included in TDUSC that made TDU 1&2 great and innovative games for that era of gaming. Gaming anno 2024, less features but we still pay the premium price...

I tried to buy BMW M4 competition for G glass races. Said unable to purchase. Tryed again. Unable to make purchase. And later on, i noticed all my money was gone. I now have 2 BMW M4 competition cars. This bug sucks. The M4 is very difficult to handle. I made a bad choice buying her. WOW. Have to grind i do to buy a Mercedes or auston martin.
That is one of the 300 bugs in the list that will be fixed maybe when the patch is done.🤷♂️ Might end up being a "refund" price of vehicle bought might be the easiest way?
No one wants to do rank races cause people will try to put you out of the race no matter what etc. Instant races are the same thing. So playing online its nice with friends other wise, just play offline and the offline mode will be perfect to the a loooottt of people.

It’s because it’s heavy bro and it’s older a newer probably could take more boost but older GTRs can’t take that much boost unless you forge the internals and they don’t have forged internals in this game but besides that horsepower you can get is a lot I think you can get to a 900Hp-1000Hp it’s just too heavy even in real life the only place it dominates is on the drag strip the GTR as track car is trash it doesn’t dominate Nurburgring or Le Mans tracks etc

I got to level 15 game crashed reset my progress had to start from the beginning again. Got to level 21 and it did it again. I’ll leave it a few weeks before playing again so frustrating.

So far I'm reputation 25 and I'm having trouble getting credits to buy new cars cuz I been buying upgrades to keep up or beat the ai so far bought a 900k Bentley I wish the race payouts would be more so that we have a chance to get our car collection higher

I'm loving the racing. It's a fun game. But an offline mode and bug fixes are necessary. Upgrades to the graphics world be a nice to have.

They would have been better of remastering TDU2 and releasing that and giving this game more time to be made for another year or 2.

It’s because it’s heavy bro and it’s older a newer probably could take more boost but older GTRs can’t take that much boost unless you forge the internals and they don’t have forged internals in this game but besides that horsepower you can get is a lot I think you can get to a 900Hp-1000Hp it’s just too heavy even in real life the only place it dominates is on the drag strip the GTR as track car is trash it doesn’t dominate Nurburgring or Le Mans tracks etc

I got to level 15 game crashed reset my progress had to start from the beginning again. Got to level 21 and it did it again. I’ll leave it a few weeks before playing again so frustrating.

It's not great but it's fun to race. That's all that matters to me besides an offline mode

So far I'm reputation 25 and I'm having trouble getting credits to buy new cars cuz I been buying upgrades to keep up or beat the ai so far bought a 900k Bentley I wish the race payouts would be more so that we have a chance to get our car collection higher

@joeltavares7397 You can but I currently have over 70 requests sitting. I added a ton of people back during TCM and had to delete a bunch. I basically am only adding people that have been around for awhile at this moment.
