You guys touched on something here that I've been really stumped on.... why does a project "need" to be associated to an account if you create the project in a deal that is liked to a contact. We do a lot of B2C and many customers don't need a full on account. Currently, the way that we were setup has us associating a contact to our business account and then making the deal and project through that. This creates more issues through out the CRM and other integrations because literally 90% of our customers are under the same account. I'm just confused why it was setup this way.
Hi Zachary! This is definitely a bit of a limitation in the Projects integration. Normally, for B2C we just automate the creation of the account in the background, with a naming convention like "Zenatta Household". It does sound a bit odd that all of your Contacts are currently logged under a singular Account in the CRM. That's a bit outside of best practices.
@@Zenatta sorry, I meant to say all the deals are under our account and the contacts aren't... which makes it so the project doesn't roll up to the contact.... ughhh
