The problem is those TH-camr are ready to promote anything even if they do not believe in what they promote It's so sad (and they will never buy it even if they had the money)
I must admit, I’m truly surprised-and not in a good way-by the latest villa Victoria presented. It feels rushed, especially coming just a few days before Christmas. Even Victoria’s signature barefoot catwalk was missing, which has always been a highlight of her presentations. The villa itself is far from appealing. Despite being only five minutes from the sea, it disappointingly overlooks an unattractive, dirty lake and a low, uninspiring hill marred by an unsightly telecommunications tower. The location in the northern Laguna area of Phuket feels underwhelming for a property listed at €1,600,000. Frankly, I’m still in shock and can’t believe what I’ve seen. This is by far the most disappointing presentation to date.
Can't miss the overlooking on to the pool area from the massive neighbouring house either ..
How do you watch the TV ?
Nice outside view
lovely🥰
Great review as always. Very nice property. Sadly the developers got greedy and just put too many homes too close together.
🙏🏽🌹😍
Looks like your production team finally realized and improved the interior lighting cause a majority of your previous units were under exposed badly.
Can we from the US own land in Thailand?
Victoria, do you know, who's the builder of The Grand Sea through villas Rawai ? Are they Botanica ??
RAD!
Yet another silly overpriced property, but I'll watch anything with Victoria for the perfect presentation

These prices are absolutely insane. Who is buying these kind of properties? 😂
So Not beachfront then yeah ??????
with all the Neighbors looking into the house
Wish you were more consistent on currencies, one minute it’s THB the next USD….. why not give both as a price guide ….??
The dollar price is always displayed on the preview thumbnail.
