A Golden Seduction: Victoria’s Oscar-Worthy Real Estate Performance It all began with elegance. Victoria, radiant in a long, golden dress that draped perfectly over her petite silhouette, appeared by the shimmering pool of a modern villa in Layan, Phuket. The scene could have been plucked straight from a Hollywood film-a stunning leading lady softly introducing herself with the words, “My name is Victoria.” No sooner had her voice graced the air than she delivered the punchline: this villa, an architectural masterpiece, would cost me, as an investor, 75.3 million Thai Baht. Instantly, my mind leaped to gold prices. That sum equaled roughly 25 kilograms of pure gold-or 25 gleaming one-kilo bullions. The math alone made it feel like I was stepping into the plot of a sophisticated heist film, a twist of glamour, allure, and high stakes. As the video transitioned, Victoria made her entrance into the villa. Barefoot now, her every step seemed to emanate ease and relaxation. The atmosphere mirrored her demeanor-serene and inviting. The villa itself was described as a thoughtful modern creation, striking the perfect balance between nature and built environment. Victoria’s narration flowed like poetry, painting the villa as a living canvas-a tropical oasis with an ever-changing mood, surrounded by lush greenery that framed the modern design. The three-meter-high ceilings of the entrance space added a sense of grandeur, and every room seemed tailored to please even the most discerning requirements. But then came the comedic twist-a moment of levity amidst the glamour. Victoria gestured gracefully toward the kitchen and introduced the induction stove as a high-end Gaggenau product. Yet, the eagle-eyed viewer in me couldn’t help but chuckle-clear as day, the branding revealed it was a Gorenje induction stove from Slovenia. Whether deliberate humor or an unintentional slip, the moment added charm and authenticity to her performance. Still, the villa’s allure was undeniable. Its modern design was both functional and beautiful, offering everything one could desire in a luxurious home. It was a place designed to mesmerize, and the presentation lived up to that promise. However, my investor’s mind couldn’t ignore the elephant in the room. For 25 kilograms of gold, I wouldn’t even own the land beneath the villa, thanks to Thailand’s foreign ownership laws. A sobering reality, yet it didn’t entirely dim the sparkle of the golden plot unfolding before me. Victoria, with her golden gown, delicate movements, and softly pronounced English, was the star of this cinematic experience. Her charm and professionalism made the villa shine even brighter. By the end, I couldn’t help but imagine awarding her an Oscar for Best Performance in a Real Estate Presentation. It was a well-deserved golden statue for a flawless performance in a truly captivating Hollywood-like plot.
Interesting use of space. The architect allocated a lot of room to the walk-in closet and jewelry counter. I've always thought of Phuket as a casual beach island but this assumes a buyer attending elegant cocktail parties. i guess a different side of Phuket culture I hadn't considered.
Great home for sure. Spending that much money is a tough sell though in that area. Lots of beautiful natural wonders in Phuket but also some areas not as inspiring. Thanks for the video.
Beautiful home and great tour the camera work is beautiful everything is so clear I love all the different finishes and contrasts. If I'm paying 2 million in Thailand this home is missing one big thing for me and that is a view/beach there seems to be a ton of traffic in front of that house through the windows the traffic is Non-Stop. The home is exquisite and I'm sure it's the perfect home for somebody. Each wall art piece in the room with textures of marble and wood looks really good with those tall ceilings I also like the tall doors. One thing I'm noticing about Thailand while looking for a home if it's very hard to find deep pool depths I'm really looking for something I can dive into something like 12 ft deep it seems like all the pools are more sizes for children or just for leisurely chilling my ideal pool has a very deep area and is a lot longer so I can exercise swimming laps I would take a lesser home with a view and on the beach with a big pool but not to sound like I'm criticizing this home this house is very beautiful and well done. I love the living room here too that little touch of the plant in that pot beside the couch looks really good and those look like some huge quality sweeping windows and it's a cool touch to have all of that Lighting in the cabinets.
Je connais l emplacement de cette villa car j ai une maison à côté et le problème c est le bruit de la route et pas de mur devant la maison. Pour le reste belle propriété mais il faudra la vendre vite car le marché sur layan a tendance à la baisse
The house is gorgeous, but there is not much privacy, and the view is missing, in my opinion. Although the swimming pool is really nice, it partially compensates for the lack of view.
Its a beautiful place, the only thing I dont like is all the traffic that you can see in the backgroud...other than that there isnt much not to like. I forgot to say gorgeous dress too
les villas sont toujours aussi belles mais le fait que ta voix soit changée par l IA me fait décrocher de la vidéos dommage car cela faisait partie de ton charme avec ton petit grain d humour
entire house made of glass.. What if a kid throws his baseball on the house, or someone throws a football by accident... I never understood why anyone would want a house of glass... It's so weak, invasive, transparent, vulnerable, energy inefficient..etc I prefer a proper bunker, brick house.
I love the busy street right in front of the house. Who wants peace and quiet?
not big not small just perfect
For that kind of price, i would want a view of the ocean
Interesting lighting plus lots of natural lighting I like that
Mantap👌👍✊
Amazing house! I like the open design!🥰
Thank you so much for the tour! Tasty and Fine Modern Home.

Did you say the hob was from gaggenau?. It says gorenge on the hob, which is a Slovenian brand, not quite in the same league as gaggenau.
Too expensive for a no-view villa near a very busy road...
Lots of these properties are overpriced,
You’re crazy.

Its a stunning home, but where's the view, for that much THB ??
💐🙏🏽
Viktoria Today 😅😅
phuket...
No way they’re charging $2.2M for a house in Thailand. And no views. Rip off!

The problem is those TH-camr are ready to promote anything even if they do not believe in what they promote
It's so sad
She never went out on those decks for a reason, huh?
