We actually no longer sync to QB. Syncing requires a tremendous amount of office work to properly match each Jobber invoice to its correct deposit in QB. I strongly urge people not to sync. I don’t know anything about Desktop Quickbooks. We switched to Quickbooks Online and never looked back.

Yes, Jobber has a variety of reports to choose from. I'd give the reports a B-. There's some room for improvement, especially for a ''numbers" person but it has all the basic stuff you need. You can view which Quotes are still "Awaiting Response" and "Converted", etc. I'm unfamiliar with the term 'log' in this scenario but you can see a list of all your quotes if that's what you're asking. I'd suggest doing the free trial and taking a look at it. What's your business?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Will Jobber show us the next available date? Yeah, in Calendar view, you just view far enough in the future where there aren't any jobs scheduled. Please ask again if this doesn't answer your question.

Absolutely. You can look at it together if you want. They pull their's up while you look at yours.

can you view the diary when you go to book a quote or job so you can see if you are in the same area of other quotes/jobs
Not really, it’s a few clicks away. You can see the calendar when scheduling a job but not the Map view
How do go about adding terms and conditions in your estimate with Jobber? Would terms and conditions have to be sent separately?
Terms & Conditions can be added to the Quote template so they're at the bottom of every quote by default.
Paid date on the invoice doesn't match the Invoice Report Date, which screws up the Monthly Revenue Report. Fix the Trash, Jobber!
