Hey Ivan! Just wanted to also chime in and say that we can definitely let you take credit card payments through Workiz - on the job or from the office and the client can sign off on any docs. With Workiz we use WePay as our default credit card processor but we also integrate with Authorize.net, Stripe and Virtual Merchant. If you need help with this just hit us up on chat, send us an email or call the office and we'll be glad to get you set up with this. :) Or let me know if you want someone from the office to give you a call if you'd like to set this up. We're always happy to help. :)

As owner of Midway Hawg Shed, here in Carthage, NC 28327, I found this video quite informative as Ivan did a great job in sharing the pros and cons of both platforms.
However, Workiz appears to be an "In the Field" software program, mainly, and this gave rise to my mental creativity taking off.
As the very first in the field of Motorcycle Service Center explicitly, I found myself buying a motorcycle trailer for tow purposes, adding another accessible and important aspect to the business.
I'm sure Workiz would be a wonderful platform for this additional service.
After speaking with a Workiz Regional Manager about Workiz and how it will benefit a service business with another blessing for those who ride, I saw in my minds-eye service vans/trucks that will GO TO THE CUSTOMER and install tires, battery, fluid exchanges, as well as brakes, pads, etc., with balancer; onboard air compressor with all tools; new fluids. A complete, mobile service where if ones motorcycle is down and at their home, they'd have no way to GET IT TO Midway Hawg Shed!
Thus, the great need for those riders to have THE motorcycle business go to THEM.
It's a win/win system that places importance upon each and every rider, and the great need to have a business DEVOTED to riders safety and the iron steed upon which they sit, no matter the ride!
As the very FIRST of its kind my overall expectation for MHS is to branch out and franchise.
With all legalities in place I now have only one obstacle (Ob-stackle 😆) and it's funding for the nes building with tools that must be acquired.
It'll come, as my two conference calls with all of Moore Co Officials attested.
Their belief in my endeavors have given me fresh umpf and with a never-quit attitude there is absolutely nothing outside of death to allow this business to root.
    It WILL come-about!
Thus, my want for Workiz to handle all off-sight record keeping along with all the great features offered with the program.
My surveyor has finished his expert analysis and maps are ready.
As soon as construction begins on the building this will be the positivity for the LAST remaining software programs to be purchased and set-up for this business.
I'm 99.95 % positive in my opinion of Workiz and look forward to its wonderful objectivity.
Thank you, Ivan, for an excellent presentation. It wasn't long and yet it concluded with all that it does, compared with other similar programs, and actually surpasses those I've delved into for knowledgeable information.
I look forward to the near future!
Thank you for allowing me to expound upon this business venture.
Also, for allowing my responce to be written and placed on here.

Ivan - sounds like you have a nice biz going. I have been looking at workiz as a potential platform to API our software into. We built a real-time (down to the minute) Booking tool for 1 to many trucks., with lots of marketing and biz savings functionality. We have clients that have HouseCall Pro and use GCAL as the intermediary to our real-time software. There is a HUGE difference in time savings for you and the client when they know how long something will take. They can plan day and your day as well. As you are aware both HCP and Workiz are what's referred to as web forms. These transfer data with no logic. It's been out there and working in most every state for the last 10 years. I am looking to potentially build into the Workiz open API. Currently the only CRM program we have true API with is ServiceMonster and clients love it. I have many client using HCP and love it. I hope to discover that Workiz is worth the build, so I thank you for your thoughts in this video. If you ever want to chat about things drop me a line. www.fittlebug.com All the Best - Steve Mastio/President

Thanks Ivan for the Video. We own a Junk Removal Company on Big Island Hawaii and have been using House Call Pro for about a year now. I heard that there was another one (maybe Jobber) that also helps with your best route however in hawaii Online Maps is often wrong. We don't use the online booking feature in HCP- I have everyone text me and I do virtual quotes confirmed on arrival (this extra step does cut down on cancellations we rarely have any at all). However, training the truck team on how to "confirm on arrival" has been a process. HCP also automates reviews for Google which I love. I do like the reporting on WorkIz... what do you do for tips? Is it cash only tips then.

Great video Ivan. We use HCP but i tell you i would love for customers to be able to book online from my website and it to go directly into the app. I’ll definitely look into that and maybe switch as well.
Question, what is the price difference per month ? Were you paying HCP more or are you paying Workix more now ?

Ivan, I would have to disagree with your idea of it turns customers off to be moved to HouseCallPros platform. When you do Online banking It is much the same process. It brings you to a much more secure web portal. This is way more secure than your personal website. Much safer for the customer information. IT IS A SEAMLESS PROCESS most people do not even notice. HouseCall Pro
does all these other items you talked about just by using the custom set up on the reporting you want on your dashboard. No need for NiceJobs HouseCallPro does review generation for you. HERE is the ONE BIG BIG thing HCP does. COMMUNITY. The HCP Facebook community is a great place to learn to build your business. Talking with people that are doing what you do and sharing ideas that will make your business grow. They are only company that I feel cares as much about my business as I do. Just my Two cent.

I have to disagree with you. I've had customers call me and asked why it took them to another website. If you buy something on Amazon, does it take you to some other completely unrelated website to check you out? Nope. This is the very reason I stopped using housecall.
