All homeowners never hire a lawyer, just pay them to leave and save yourself the future headaches! And properly vet your future renters 👍, NYC is not good for rental properties right now, be very careful especially first time buyer's,🙏🙏🙌 good luck

If you have to pay the tenant to leave, then what's the point of hiring an attorney? So why not just pay the tenant to leave in the beginning? So literally everyone is taking advantage of a home owner including their own attorney. There needs to be a class action lawsuit because there is some constitution violation here.
