What a testimony!!! I kept thinking he needs Jesus, and boom finally lol. 🙌🏼 Such a beautiful transformation kudos to you and your wife for keeping your promise
What a roller coaster! I believe this guy is a true example of having a purpose. All the things that should have taken him out.. would have taken most people out, and he pulled through. I believe he is on this planet with a purpose and it’s freaking beautiful. I’m just shy of 3.5 years clean and this kind of stuff is just food for my soul. I love all you guys and what you do for the recovery community!!
Founder? Do you mind sharing more? Founder of what? You haven’t heard even half of his story? Does he not share the stories at whatever place you’re speaking of him at?
Wow what an amazing story! This is incredible! We do recover! Keep up this amazing work! I want to make a difference in my community like this one day !!!! I am so glad I found this podcast ❤
Amazing 💜 been sober for almost 3 years now and 4 years ago i never thought i could do it but damn am i proud of myself for being able to fight that shit for my kids and myself
Finally had time to listen to the whole thing (saw bits and pieces from Rachel's IG) So glad I listened to it all 💗💗 so inspiring, thank you Ben for sharing such vulnerable stories & helping so many people. Everything you all are doing is such a blessing, we love you!! Can't wait to keep watching all the episodes 🍿
This was such a crazy and beautiful rollercoaster ride of emotions 🥹❤️ Your story is just simply amazing.. an absolute inspiration!!! So much love to you all!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Omg SOMA. Brings me back to when I was like 19. Took soma. Smoked some tree wanted to eat something….but my muscles were so relaxed I literally couldn’t pick anything up. Never took them again. Crazy feeling…. Clean since 9/12/14 🎉🎉🎉
I listened....I have had chronic nerve pain from a fall in the 80's and without my morphine, I would not function and would be more a burden to the system than if the damn DEA and CDC would get the knee off the necks of our doctors!!! Trauma causes addiction not substance!!! I've lived with a man with unhealed childhood trauma from his father's passing at the age of 7. He has destroyed his life and taken me with, unfortunately. And, I now understand I only stayed and accepted the abuse because of my own childhood trauma from neglect, rejection and abandonment. Teach your children well...
lol - I’m so glad the not an OnlyFans logo was addressed! Right when the video started I noticed it and wasn’t sure if it was similar to a TH-cam plaque.
My car caught fire with me and my son in the car during my addiction , he actually saved my life !!!! He will be coming in my show to discuss what that was like . Having a mother as an addict. He’s 20 now !!!
Unfortunately the same for me. I started running away from home around 9-10 years old. It was a criminal offense to run away. By the time I was 12 I was well known within the juvenile justice system. Was in & out of JDC & Youth Centers & Foster Care Centers.
I think if you guys legitimately came up with that logo and had it copyrighted years before onlyfans, you can successfully sue for copyright infringement. Because it looks identical and for the first 3 podcasts I listened to I thought to myself, “why do they have an onlyfans logo? That’s an odd company to support or be working with if you’re in recovery”. Just a thought.
Nah! The emo thing was NOT good for teenager brains! Listening to depressing music talking about heartbreak, hopelessness, your worthless, never be loved, ext. Ext.
Grunge rock is not "emo".. We did not even know or use the word Emo in the late 90s when Grunge rock was at its height.. and that music kept me & so many ppl sane & brought comfort to us just knowing we were not alone in our thoughts and feelings. Music, in general, HEALS because it's a form of therapy for MOST.
Not even halfway through and this is the most chaotic thing I’ve ever heard 😮
But you loveee it!! Haha I really enjoyed it

Yall should get people that have good come ups w different paths to recovery I think that's important to help end the stigma of only abstinence
What paths? There’s only one path to sobriety and that’s being sober.
This is gonna be HUGE 🙌🏼
Amazing 💜 been sober for almost 3 years now and 4 years ago i never thought i could do it but damn am i proud of myself for being able to fight that shit for my kids and myself

Teach your children well...
I totally believe that trauma is the true gateway to drugs. That & undiagnosed & untreated mental illness disorders & people self medicate through.
I'm from TN and to hear your goal is so awesome man!
Absolutely an amazing story of recovery and redemption. Thank you for sharing.
Amazing guest!

Guy in the white hat has a weirdly similar story to me
Great story, thanks for sharing your ESH with us! Also, maybe not the best time to tell you all after you drank Cordyceps about The Last of Us? o.O
Its hard for a single parent to get help unless your rich
