    Wow! Brandon actually made an appearance... and he BAT FLIPPED?! I'm assuming that was a special non-verbal shout out.

    my Unleashed felt heavy as heck for a 25 and I was worried but once I got to use it in a game, it was fantastic.....just goes to show, numbers don't mean everything all the time...good job guys....now the final word, I have every model of the genesis and exclusively use the Iron man for gamers, would the Monsta move this out of the number 1 spot???

      Honestly, its very close for me (Cam). I have a lot more experience with my LS so far but I was very impressed with Trippin after very few swings.

      @@LeagueNightSoftball i just got the Proton U-trip bat and was very surprised with out of the wrapper feel and pop.....loved the sound and usually it takes about 50 or more swings for me to get a feel for the bat...might be your next bat to give it a run

      We have a special episode coming out in the near future w/ the Proton Series Two. A little collaboration with Proton and a couple of YT channels. Should be out in a few weeks!

    curious about the "pocket radar" you guys are using, how does it work and where'd you get it / how much did it cost? I'm taking BP every saturday in the bay and would like something like that

    • @LeagueNightSoftball
      @LeagueNightSoftball  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Marcus! The pocket radar is a small radar device that pairs with your phone via Bluetooth. There are two different models, the Ball Coach and the Smart Coach. The Smart Coach, which is what we use, is $350 and can keep track of each reading and record live video at the same time. Let me know if you want and we can send you a link

    The bat really comes around after come breaking in.. i have the 25.5 EL and now about 300+ swings between a couple of games and hitting off a tee (for gentle to aggressive break in). I'm not a home run hitter by any stretch.. play on 300' around field but have hit the warning track a few times.. that said.. i can place the ball pretty much anywhere i want anytime with a feeling of total bat control. I've also found that it seems to jump better with a less than full power swing (maybe like 80% or so) so far.. i absolutely LOVE the bat.

      @LeagueNightSoftball  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Awesome! Glad to hear they keep getting hotter. What handle stiffness do you have?

      @@LeagueNightSoftball I have the 3500 flex. It was strange seeing how many knuckle hits (ball action) you guys had… I’ve hardly ever had any off this bat.. then again I’m not a power swinger. Keep up the awesome reviews.. and I hope you get to hit another (broken in) Trippin

    • @LeagueNightSoftball
      @LeagueNightSoftball  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I (Cam) have a 27oz 3500 handle on the way so I'm sure I'll get plenty of swings with it ;)

    How does it compare to the LS Genesis two price?

    • @blacksheepsoftball
      @blacksheepsoftball 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      for me personally, I'd say the LS Genesis is a bit hotter out of the wrapper but the Monsta feels like it's going to be more durable and catch up with more swings. Both are great!

    • @LeagueNightSoftball
      @LeagueNightSoftball  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have to agree with Brandon Lin. Out of wrapper I'll probably take a new Geny. However, if the Utrip Monstas are anything like the ASA Monstas they will heat up fast and stay hot for a long time.

    What type of balls were y'all hitting??

    • @blacksheepsoftball
      @blacksheepsoftball 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      green/yellow tattoo spinners, evil BP rockets

    • @LeagueNightSoftball
      @LeagueNightSoftball  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      We were hitting a combination of the Tattoo NX3 Spinners (Green/Yellow) and the Evil BP Rockets (Orange/White). The NX3 spinners are really durable and last forever. The Evil BP Rockets are great to hit, but they don't take a beating nearly as well. They tend to split at the seems and/or deform a lot earlier than the NX3s. Thanks for watching!
