- Atoms or molecules which are exposed to light absorb light energy and re-emit light in different directions with different intensity. This phenomenon of light is called scattering of light.

Rayleigh Scattering
Rayleigh scattering named after the nineteenth-century British physicist is the predominantly elastic scattering of light or other electromagnetic radiation by particles much smaller than the wavelength of the radiation. For light frequencies well below the resonance frequency of the scattering particle (normal dispersion regime), the amount of scattering is inversely proportional to the fourth power of the wavelength.
Rayleigh scattering of sunlight in Earth's atmosphere causes diffuse sky radiation, which is the reason for the blue color of the daytime and twilight sky, as well as the yellowish to reddish hue of the low Sun.

Very interesting video sir😍😍
Milk apprears white because the density of the particles is higher and the size of the particles is larger than the length of the visible light rays due to which all the rays are scattered equally and the overall colour is blue
Correct answer!
Nice video
Sir temperature difference in space for a object pe ek video plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Very clear concept
Sir doodh k particle wavelength se bary hain is liye wo koi aik colour scatter krny k bajaye sb ko scatter kr deta hai.....Thanks to you sir bohat knowledge mill rhi hai
You listened very carefully good 😊
@@WaqarAhmad-gu6yd thanks sir

Great sir
wah
Because milk has too much density then aur atmosphere
your explanation is quite appreciating Sir 👍👍👏👏

amazing lecture
JAI SHREE RAM BOLL BHOSDI KEEEE_🤐
Great video
Well explained. ❤️❤️👍👍
toh sir violet kyu nhi scatter hota hai blue hi kyu
Violet ke scattering hote hai but violet ke miqdar blue ke miqdar say kam hai is liay in ke scattering blue say kam hai..
Violet bhe hote scatter lakien sun say violet light blue kay muqably main kam a rahi hai or hamari eyes bhe blue color ko ziada sensitive hain is liay sky blue he nazar ata hai..
Jai shree ram ❤
Soo amazing
Good
