I don't know what lenght is this spark plug wrench, but It is the OEM KTM wrench, what You got with the bike as a toolkit. It is originaly placed under the passenger seat of the 390 Duke.
I think the spurk plug change does not make smoother the shifts. Its about the clutch, the engine oil and the gearbox, and maybe the chain. The acceleration maybe better after the spurkplug change.
Sorry, but I don't know the difference between the duke and the rc model in this case. Maybe its the same method if the model year is same. Search a repair manual for your bike and check this out...
@@GRIFFtheMechanic I just tried to do it with the KTM spark plug wrench (m12 and hex 14) but didn't manage to even get to the hex of the spark plug... how did you do it ? I mean the tool isn't large enough to be put around the spark plug is it ?
Much appreciated. Thanks
Thank You! 🙏

@@GRIFFtheMechanic thanks for the answer. its a 75mm lenght one. A 100mm will do great too. Got the job done. nice video.

Thanks. 🙏
I have not realized any performance change with the new spurk plug.
@@GRIFFtheMechanic okay does it make any difference in Fuel economy?
@@cah7925 not really...
@@GRIFFtheMechanic Can you make a video on proper clutch adjustment with exact measurements on this KTM Duke 390...Thanks😊
I am looking for smoother shifts and crisp acceleration, does this sparkplug ticks those boxes?

Looks easy! Thk
Yes. It's not so difficult, but you have to spend time on it. Be patient!
I have a ktm rc 125, do I need to remove the tank or can I still work like this?

Thank you sir. One question, did you need to gap the spark plug or does that spark plug already have the correct gap as it is?
@@shtf3088 this spark plug has the correct gap by the factory preset.
What is the name of the tool you are using to tighten it
OEM spurk plug wrench M12
@@GRIFFtheMechanic not the size bro that full set of wrench name it's seem to be very easy to use it so im asking what the wrench tool set it was
@@mentoocreations8789 It's not a set. I used the OEM original KTM390Duke accessory spurk plug wrench and I drived it with a ratched wrench.
