AI writing "Lacks the originality, insight and spontaneity of human writing" and ironically it is based on loads, loads, and loads of previously human writing before chatGPT was born, its existence would not even be possible without the huge content put out there by humans
It sounds like writing jobs in particular are lost due to AI. But jobs are gained in jobs with person to person contact such as plumbing, dog walking...perhaps not so bad.

Agreed. I guess it depends on how good we are at prompting the AI system to generate the higher quality stuff it learned.
