Thanks. Our 11 yr old granddaughter who stays with us on a regular basis just got this and this is very helpful. Especially love how you can adjust the setting time frame before you actually get an alert.
Do you mean there is a different app other than Clarity on my iPhone that I should be using to track my dad’s sugar levels? Is it called “Dexcom”? Confused newbie Dr. said he can share readings with 5 people max. You mention up to 10? How do I add more than 5? Thank you- daughter helping Dad. We are learning together.
I really like the way you breakdown every single detail. I wanted to know if there’s a way to change the background color to dark or dark mode to be able to see the graph more easily?
I have two questions first question is I know you use a lot of Apple products but do you have any suggestions for an Android phone user that wants to use a watch a smartwatch to watch their Dexcom 7 readings second question is do you see any difference in your readings when you use your G7 on your abdomen
Awesome video, quick question tho, on a android, does the media volume have to be up to be able to hear the g7 alerts? Like with my freestyle 3, I cld watch a TH-cam vid on low volume when I was going to bed, and if I had a low, the freestyle alarm would be loud "which is good for me" but the g7 alerts are low if my media is low😢
Hi Justin, I thought adults (after age 7) should apply sensor on their arms, but not one's abdomen? In addition to the Dexcom sensor, I also wear an OmniPod 5, so I don't necessarily want to wear both devices on my arm.
Do you watch this enough to respond to questions? You are well put together with your information and i want to point some questions to you if its ok. I'm about to walk out the door but will update this later if your ok with questions. I'm about the most unstable high maintenance diabetic you'd ever meet and you seem like a great guy to ask!
Dexcom G7 is a good device. However, precaution on possibility of its 4mm probe remaining inside your arm. The last sensor failed to warm and Dexcom app flagged its failure and said to remove and replace. But its probe remained in my right arm, which I’m having surgery scheduled for its removal on Monday.
Question: Can I wear the G7 on my stomach like you are showing? I am a side sleeper. And I am new to the G7 and will be following your app instructions for iPhone. I have not even put the first sensor on yet. I am still trying to fiqure it all out. Many thanks for your help. New subscriber.

Does anyone know why if I close the app it doesn’t measure my sugar levels anymore and the connection to the g7 is disconnecting as soon as I close the app?
I just switched from dexcom g6 to g7. I have it set on my android phone and now I am showing two dexcom symbols, one with my bs reading, the other with "dexcom is running". How do I remove that.

Any suggestions on how to sync Dexcom G7 to my iPhone 11? I am new at this and my patch was installed February 1 and it is the 7th and it is still not working
I am getting much different reading on finger stick than the Dexcom 7 I use to use the Libre 3 and it was more in line but I just went to Medicare and Dexcom is covered . I do have both arms covered in tattoos so there is no way to avoid placing the sensor without hitting a tattoo
I have G6, and I have the transmiter, which I am a huge fan of, not to worry if the phone is not compatible or not, I am happy with that and work great 😊.
Does the app have a facility to switch or convert between mmol/l and mg/dl? My daughter is used to mg/dl and is currently in the UK and is thinking of getting the Dexcom G7 but is being told that if she gets the G7 from the UK the readings will only be in mmol/l.
I was wondering if you know if you can use the receiver and a phone at the same time with the g7? I am in the process of getting the tslim x2. I am hoping they work together by the end of the 🤞. I have been on medtronic for over 10yrs. Decided to switch to the other side
It seems that dexcom has updated the g7 app and now it is slow on my phone, switching from glucose to history takes about 15 seconds or more. Android ver 13.

New to G7, why am I getting TWO notification, android? One says app running and the other one says what my BS is currently. I had G6 previously and only had BS reading. Do I need to change settings somewhere?
Wondering if we leave the house and we want to know the reading of the person that we are watching but can't get a signal so it's true that you can always be 20 feet away from the person in order to get the signal right
I do like having the Clarity data and GMI data, but understand that the GMI and a1C will be little different. My theory is that the difference comes from the Clarity app being a simpler integration of the curve of the data while an actual a1c test is time-weighted as the hemoglobin cells have a relatively short life, so more recent blood glucose is more heavily weighted in an actual a1c test. I'll have to check out the Clarity app on the computer, as it looks like it has all the reports on the phone app programmed as navigable tabs, which is awesome.
