We lost him on 8.1.2022 and since then my whole world has been turned upside (as you can imagine). I have feared the holidays but I have been doing it for my children. It’s been hard. The emotions and depression I’m in and out of constantly. I love that Mayra has papash & co for Bryancito. She inspired me to share something in honor of my dad. It’s just a small page on Instagram but there I share my true feelings going through my grief. I thank you all for doing your podcast. I look forward to it so much! More than you guys will ever know. The laughs have helped me so much!🤍🥺 Depression is horrible. Thank you Peter for saying it out loud. I wanted to end my life in 9/2020! I got help. Holidays are hard, this year I stayed home alone, all my siblings and parents had plans, it was a trigger, but we have to remember it’s just another day, make a nice meal, watch your favorite movie, enjoy it! I can definitely relate I lost my little sister 11/28/13 on actual thanksgiving so the holidays are kind of a trigger but my family and I still find ways to be happy and together create new memories even though our lives will never be the same but I am so thankful that she loved taking pictures / videos n she left us all those beautiful memories ❤ thank you guys for another great episode
I lost my husband, of 7 months, on Christmas Eve 2017. Then 1 year and 8 months later I lost my 17 year-old daughter. It’s been a hard road to travel. At the worst times of depression I leaned into my faith. I think this year is the first year our family will have a holiday season that will be half happy and normal. It takes time. I am always grateful and thankful for having my husband and daughter ❤️
When Peter said, … “She found herself through God,” I became emotional. That will forever stick with me because I can one-hundred-percent relate! I, too found myself through God. I now know who I am, as well as my purpose in life because of Him. I one-hundred-percent respect other people’s beliefs! Not everybody believes in God, and that’s okay. Forcing your beliefs onto others is when it becomes a problem. Stay blessed, y’all 🦋🫶🏾.

I'll agree, I didn't comment on it but I'll say, I didn't agree the way she came off, HOWEVER, its true, we're all adults, and we have come off a way we didn't mean to. She just happend to be broadcasted online and atleast does admit how it may have happend. That's their friendship. Peter is smart and an adult and if he was hurt, I'm sure he wouldn't be there or said something. The same with Mayra and Karina. We know the twins got good vibes so they wouldn't have if it was something super serious or uncomfortable with. Im sure they figured it out. She also seems to come off good in the other podcasts and for the majority of the last she was in(just the small part at the end when it came off different). We all have said and done things and its all about growing and not judge others when most likely we have as well. I felt this episode hard. 😢 I lost my stepdad 2 years ago, and lost my father in law in May. The holidays aren't the same anymore bc you feel a big part of your family is missing. Such a good podcast, and sidenote, I actually love when you guys talk over each other. Our family talks over each other and we jump from one conversation into a side conversation then into a total diff topic so It just feels more authentic and natural.

Holidays are hard, this year I stayed home alone, all my siblings and parents had plans, it was a trigger, but we have to remember it’s just another day, make a nice meal, watch your favorite movie, enjoy it! I can definitely relate I lost my little sister 11/28/13 on actual thanksgiving so the holidays are kind of a trigger but my family and I still find ways to be happy and together create new memories even though our lives will never be the same but I am so thankful that she loved taking pictures / videos n she left us all those beautiful memories ❤ thank you guys for another great episode

I lost my husband, of 7 months, on Christmas Eve 2017. Then 1 year and 8 months later I lost my 17 year-old daughter. It’s been a hard road to travel. At the worst times of depression I leaned into my faith. I think this year is the first year our family will have a holiday season that will be half happy and normal. It takes time. I am always grateful and thankful for having my husband and daughter ❤️

I'll agree, I didn't comment on it but I'll say, I didn't agree the way she came off, HOWEVER, its true, we're all adults, and we have come off a way we didn't mean to. She just happend to be broadcasted online and atleast does admit how it may have happend. That's their friendship. Peter is smart and an adult and if he was hurt, I'm sure he wouldn't be there or said something. The same with Mayra and Karina. We know the twins got good vibes so they wouldn't have if it was something super serious or uncomfortable with. Im sure they figured it out. She also seems to come off good in the other podcasts and for the majority of the last she was in(just the small part at the end when it came off different). We all have said and done things and its all about growing and not judge others when most likely we have as well. Im glad it was all solved and figured out ans still have a strong friendship 🤍
On a side note, I love the realization when Karina(sorry I was listening to it and thought it was Mayra 😁) read what to do and what NOT to do when you see a bear and they had done the exact opposite 😂
