This video is very useful. Keep it up And Thank you for sharing . Please make a complete video on Multi Pump application. If you share what up number . We discuss one problem .
thanks for comment brother ! see multiple reason behind this. First thing OSF stands for " Mains overvoltage fault " it will be happended due to :- • Line voltage is too high: • Disturbed line supply and power quality issues( check harmonics level).
@@eeebackbenchers but then it should show before starting also right? It is happening only after stopping the pump. Also other 4 pumps doesn't have this issue.
Dear same Vfd 610 par pid k name par ok ka tick lag gia ha. Ab motor automatic off ni hoti. Bus 2.5 bar screen par show hota ha motor run rehti ha pressure 10 bar chala jata h
Brother sorry for delay in response , but for such case I recommend to directly contact with se customer care @ 1800 103 0011 , press 2 three times they will differently support you.
Do one thing first Go and check io status and verify that all the IO are healthy or not as per command given. Second thing Check drive should be ready to start mode mean to say check there is no fault or any warning in this drive hmi will show red led. I think after check these points drive should be start if still not working please contact to Schneider’s customer care
Thanks for comment , please note the digital input DI1 is assigned to : * ( forward) in 2- wire control * (Drive running) in 3- wire control Or do factory setting by default it s forward
Dear how can I assign DI3 as remote control (frequency reference) I mean I want to control speed only in remote but speed is controlled by both local and remote Setting 2 wire control DI1 is forward DI 2 fault AI1 speed reference 0-10v I want to use 0-10v only in remote What will be setting please guide me
Go to control / freq ref /select DI Secondly if you want to control speed from remote only then then in freq ref/ fr2 or fr1 And in fr1 or 2 select your AI ALSO NOTE SPEED control from voltage source. In remote is not recommended due to voltage loss. You can refer below links for details understanding th-cam.com/video/GwOE5Pw7v30/w-d-xo.htmlsi=AeIPXSysZmXwhevz
Basically NLP(No line power) hence it is a warning not fault. Secondly you can check following points 1. Check input supply 2. In drive parameter check main voltage ( in term of dc it should be around 600 V - actual line 400x1.5 ) calculate accordingly. And hard reset the drive If still problem presist call drive expert

My atv610 is running perfectly. But once you stop, it will show OSF Error and cannot start agin without reseting the drive. Why is that?

Frequency setting remote me kaise hota hai please help me
To do change frequency we have to programming accordingly and we can change frequency in remote via DI and AI
How to open DI1 . For forward
Thanks for comment , please note the digital input DI1 is assigned to :
* ( forward) in 2- wire control
* (Drive running) in 3- wire control
Or do factory setting by default it s forward
Dear how can I assign DI3 as remote control (frequency reference)

Setting 2 wire control
DI1 is forward
DI 2 fault
AI1 speed reference 0-10v
I want to use 0-10v only in remote
What will be setting please guide me
Go to control / freq ref /select DI

Schneider atv 600 programming
Noted , actually programming pattern is almost same in both the drives . If drive arranged some where I will make video.
