thanks for comment brother ! see multiple reason behind this. First thing OSF stands for " Mains overvoltage fault " it will be happended due to :- • Line voltage is too high: • Disturbed line supply and power quality issues( check harmonics level).

Do one thing refer manual of description box and you will get the example of wiring ( simple connect common terminal with desired terminal with NO PUSH BUTTON) you will also get reference video on channel

If this case , then wiring problem is confirm . In this case you also verify that when contactor ON and Apfc respective LED should not ON

Simply means selected capacitor bank are not sufficient to compensate system inductive power. Need to add more capacitor in this case

Pf value kam Kaha Bata raha hai Matlab setting main enter karne ke baad ya view setting main ya , actual of kam dikka raha hai

It seems like some ct connections are loose , also check ct current output it should be higher then min. Requirement . You can also also refit the ct connector of apfc

Check faulty history and check tripping value , if set value is low the increase it If cbct used then check power cable pass though it properly And last if ct secondly used then check ct secondary polarity

Over compensation ( ocom) : means your power factor already in leading state hence it will not switch on any cap bank

Thanks for comment check following setting Main menu /complete setting/command and REf./stop Key enable /All. Try this and second reason may be your fault is permanent hence it is not resetting from DI , in such case it will reset only via Drive power ON-Off. Please try if it work , please update.

Do one thing first Go and check io status and verify that all the IO are healthy or not as per command given. Second thing Check drive should be ready to start mode mean to say check there is no fault or any warning in this drive hmi will show red led. I think after check these points drive should be start if still not working please contact to Schneider’s customer care

Current harmonics is higher than 25% You should you detuned reactor or do harmonics study on your plan for better result

Good question, as per my knowledge mtx3.0 connector not comes along with universal kit . Secondly there is separate testing kit for MTX AND ITRP Mccb release And last if you don’t have dedicated testing kit then you need communication module and display module.
