I BOUGHT a USED JET BOAT | Seadoo Challenger Test Drive

  • In this video Ive been looking for a few different things to buy and sell. This one was a decent deal. Not a homer or anything but definitely a boat to make a little profit on. My good friend Mike sent the deal to me as he already bought three boats that day and he didn't have time to go buy this one. I know nothing about jet boats until today so I just went with my gut and bought the boat in hopes it was a good solid runner.(I don't recommend)
Ill soon be listing this boat on Facebook marketplace just to turn it around and make a few $$ profit on.
Thanks for watching and enjoy this awesome Jetboat while I still have it.

Id definitely run it on a lake no matter what! This one ran great at idle and as soon as I got it on the water it would bog and load up losing power under load. Check for leaks on the water as well. Run for at least 10 mins to make sure their isnt any over heating issues that pop up.

Question on engine types, there are a couple of Challengers around my area that I am negotiating on, big question is which engine type to go with, a twin rotax (1998) or one with the Merc240 (2000) in terms of reliability and spare parts?

@@KnottsFishing That's great. I'm thinking about buying a 2001 Seadoo Challenger Bombardier 2000 for $5000. Like yours it needs the wood replaced on the trailer, it doesn't have the ski pole, and the radio doesn't work. Would you recommend buying the boat at that price if it runs well on the lake. This would be my first time owning a jet boat and I am not very mechanically inclined. Thank you.
